76% of my 150 members are engaged!
How do I know that? Only 24% is level one. The 2 main factors: Clear instructions and Good onboarding Clear instructions: - The whole brand is built around what people will do inside it. Not on what I provide, not on the niche, but on what people will do. Roast & Promote: You roast others, request roasts and you promote yourself (and I promote you, if you're VIP). - The premisse is simple enough to leave little to no questions, but I make a link avaiable with a collection of posts in my classroom that answer specific questions people usually have. I don't bombard them with information, I just leave a link if they want to learn more. Good Onboarding: - I immediately send a DM once they join. Not a scripted wall of text. But usually just a casual chat if they are online, or 2 sentences inviting them to engage right away. A lot of DMs are long texts that just feel like homework, and I just ignore most of them. Mine is a casual invitation for them to introduce themselves and submit a roast request. And I make it personal, I check what they have, a website, an instagram, and than write about that. So people see I'm talking to them, not pasting a script. - Once people join, I'll tag them in a post where everyone on their niche is linked. That way they can see everyone with similar communities/business that are inside there. Join us and you will get all the feedback you need from me and from relevant people. And you also get great connections to collaborate and learn from, as every member is being sorted out by categories.

How I got 7 skool referrals without pushing it
By sharing community ideas and offering my link as a way to show that I'll give support to make those ideas a reality. You can check all of those ideas here. Each idea is submited for roasting, so the comments just make the idea better with the opinions of the community. Inside Roast & Promote, you can share such ideas too. Premium members can share their affiliate links while giving community ideas or community tips, and if I like them, the posts will be attached to my classroom, either at the marketing classes or the "steal my community ideas" class. That's a great way to make some extra money by just creating quality posts. Since the community is public, anyone will be able to see your posts and links, even those who don't have a skool account and find you through Google.

What activities are you giving to people in your community?
A common roast I give inside my place is a very frequent mistake for people and that I also made when I joined skool. They focus too much on what they are providing inside and not enough on what the members will be doing. If you're focusing on what you're providing, if you're centering your skool on you and your content, you're not building a community. You're just using skool as a funnel to sell your infoproducts and services. And that's not wrong, it's just underusing the potential of this platform. So how are you giving incentives for people to engage inside your space? Here are some ways you can do it: - Competitions, challenges, gamification - Support - Shoutouts - Exposure opportunities - Accountability - Regular live events - Feedback (the whole premisse of my community) I always take those points into consideration when I'm sharing a community idea. Those are some of the things that makes the community feel less like a funnel where people can just consume and ditch and more like an exciting place where people can keep coming back to.

@Cynthia Shiller in my experience inside my own community, the more opportunities you give for people to engage with eachother, the less you need to pitch. people will upgrade if it gives them a better level of the interaction they're already having. Most of the premium people I got upgraded while asking questions in the DMs with me on what they could do, and since my premium is just a way for them to engage on another level, it didn't take much convincing. On the other hand a community where it consists on the owner just providing all the content and pitching in between will have a harder time than one where members come back for the community as a whole.
Heather just won my leaderboard. Now she gets paid.
Most people win bragging rights. @Heather Boers just won commissions. Doesn't that just sound more awesome? Here's how it works. Join Funnel Forensics and engage. Thoughtfully, intentionally, fully. Not through GIF wars or stupid mindless shit, but by sharing your funnel woes, asking for feedback, pondering things out loud, answering other people's calls for feedback, sharing relevant resources, etc. If you're the winner on the leaderboard every Sunday night , you get paid. How? I take YOUR affiliate link to MY community and use that in all my Skool promo posts and comments for a full 24 hours. If anyone joins, you get the credit. If that person upgrades or buys a program/service, you get paid. And there's a second layer to this too. If i'm also in YOUR community, and you allow links and promo content, i reward you by using your link on that content too. (So Heather just scored twofold 🌟) So here's what to do next: ➡️ Join Funnel Forensics ➡️ Go find the post titled "Drop your Funnel Forensics affiliate links below!!" ➡️ Drop your affiliate link ➡️ Start engaging You also unlock things to help you build out your funnels at different levels. Like how to make sure your lead magnet actually attracts rather than repels. Or which of 6 primary leaks might be sabotaging your sales. Or a prompt and Canva template to create a killer speaker onesheet to send to podcast hosts and speaking gigs. You don't have to buy anything from me to win this. BUUUUTTTTT DO NOT JOIN IF YOU AREN'T INTERESTED IN BUILDING or FIXING YOUR FUNNEL. Ain't got time for that 💩. If you come in and spam, or drop stupid irrelevant posts and slop, or just try and drum up engagement for the sake of it, you will be shown the 🚪. Can't wait to see who wins the top slot next week!
