A few months ago on Skool News, Andrew Kirby was going on about how Freemium was the wave of the future and how "everyone" was succeeding. Then Sam Ovens went on Skool News talking about how paid groups with a free trial was where it was at. A couple of weeks ago, they were both talking about how they had analyzed the data and the "top" groups were all getting a ton of traffic and #trafficmaxxing became the hot new topic. This morning, Andrew Kirby posted in his group that at the end of the month, he's going to announce the next new thing that is working, the wave of the future, and the ticket to untold riches, and guess what??? It has nothing to do with traffic!!! Now I don't blame them for these mixed messages. Because the truth is that all of these strategies can work. They work at different times, for different purposes, for different audiences and for different stages of business. Which is why in my other community, The Build Lab, I don't teach one-size fits all strategies and I don't teach you how to copy what other people are doing. I teach you the pros and cons of different approaches and who they are best for. So we come up with a custom approach that will work for you. Today in The Build Lab, we are focusing on retention because it doesn't matter how much traffic you get or how well you convert, if people are bouncing as quickly as they are signing up, you don't have MRR (monthly recurring revenue), you have a revolving door. And yes, there is a replay available. So come for the 10 ways you can better retain your members (some of these strategies I've never heard talked about in Skool before) and stay for the experience, expertise, and support. What I teach is based on years of work both inside and outside of Skool with both brand new course/membership creators and multiple 6-figure creators. And in case you haven't heard my spiel before, what makes me different from all the other people claiming to be able to help you grow and monetize your Skool is that I am an award-winning educator with a Master's degree in education and 25+ years of experience in curriculum and course design, specializing in student success and engagement. I have two successfully monetized communities, one of which is in the top 0.1% of all Skools.
