Question for D Coop @Daniel Cooper and the other basketball training CEOs in the community. For those of you who have had $30K–$40K months (or even your highest revenue month), I'd love to learn from your experience. Looking back, what were the daily actions that directly contributed to that growth? A few things I'm curious about: - What did your day-to-day look like? - Where was most of the revenue coming from (memberships, camps, private training, teams, partnerships, etc.)? - What KPIs were you tracking consistently? - What activities generated the highest ROI? More importantly... What behaviors, systems, or CEO habits had to change for you to go from consistently doing $10K–15K/month to $30K–40K/month? I'm less interested in specific marketing tactics and more interested in the operational shifts, leadership decisions, and priorities that actually moved the business forward. Looking forward to learning from everyone. Thanks in advance!
