I've been following all of the free content in this community for the past couple of days but I cant seem to figure out a few of my questions. 1. Do you apply for A2P registration for each client? If so how the menu that he goes to is just my agency menu and how would that apply for each and every client? 2. Do you create a sub account for each client? 3. How do you know when you've been A2P verified? - Edit after watching over the content a few more times, I think I was confused thinking the demonstration was his agency profile and not a clients sub account. Either way just for some confirmation could someone please answer these for me?

I'm doing some programming and I'm using API's to create AI Agents and do a few other things, but when I do it it gives me this error code: \"statusCode\":401,\"message\":\"The token is not authorized for this scope.\"}" } I understand that it's saying that the token isn't working, but I've made a new token and given it access to the exact scope it's requesting which is to create a Knowledge Base.

Before you run a database deactivation campaign you need access to a clients database of all of their old leads, clients, ect. But how do you get access to this? People have different softwares and different ways of storing these leads. Is it as simple as exporting and uploading it to my DBR campaign? Or is it more complicated. Let me know thanks!
