The chrysalis
What a gift it is to be 55. I am entering my crone phase of being a woman and I am so excited. It’s made me reflect on who I am now and the wisdom I’ve gathered. One thing I think we need to talk about more is menopause. A woman’s life is segmented into phases. The changes to her body are no less than miraculous and create a metamorphosis akin to a caterpillar to a butterfly. Many generations ago, the older women in a girls life walked her through puberty and then again through the transformation into motherhood. Those two transitions change a girl into a woman and a woman into a mother. Physical changes are evident and the hormonal fluxes cement the creation of a whole new person. But there is another chrysalis of change in a woman’s life. Menopause. In this youth obsessed culture we have tried to hide or fix the transition from a woman/mother to a crone. Even the word crone emits images of a spinster witch. But that is so far from truth. It’s when feminine energy becomes its strongest. We try to fight the chrysalis of becoming a matriarchal elder to stay young. This is a mistake we need to correct. We as women need to walk each other through this. Our gender was never meant to walk alone. We have forgotten that we communicate with our intuition and we commune with plants as our tribes alchemist of health. The transition to crone is a recalibration, a level up. Let’s celebrate it.

@Fairy Aeon it’s up to us crones to step into leadership. But leadership looks different from a matriarchal sense. It’s quieter… it’s intention and intuition. It’s rhythm and nature. Not everyone can hear it because the world is so masculine loud. Earth 2.0 teaches the stillness required to hear the healing that is taught by women. Thank you guys for opening space.
Menopause Symptoms and Crazy Cycle in my head.
Idk how women do this without medication. The pharmacy has been out of my progesterone and previously my estradiol for weeks, my rx is a week late on the progesterone this time. I’ve lost all contact with my center, peace, calm, etc. All I wanna do is run away but I can’t run away from myself. I’m still miserably here chasing my family away, irritating everyone around me… I sit here crying because last night I spent the evening complaining and being annoyed by their presence. I hate the way I’ve been treating them. It’s me I really don’t like. I remember feeling this way before meditation and not knowing it was possible to feel better. If you pray, pray for me… otherwise, I’ll take any advice for getting through the next 36 hours without it until it arrives.

Wild yam is an excellent source for balancing hormones. It contains diosgenin which is a great phytoestrogen. You can get it in many forms including topical creams. Turn to the plants, be still. Use your intuition.
Replays from The Secret Molecule: What if the real issue is not age… but energy?
Most people are not dying early. Checkout unique offer from Chris here: https://www.myvitalc.com/pages/aeon/?ref=aeon They are fading early. Brain fog. Low energy. Inflammation. Poor sleep. A system that feels like it is always working harder than it should. That is why this week’s call with Chris Burris, founder of MyVitalC, mattered so much. We went deep into one of the most overlooked conversations in modern health: Mitochondria. Oxidative stress. And the ESS60 molecule. Not as hype. Not as magic. But as a real conversation about what happens when the body is under constant pressure and the cells can no longer keep up. Chris brought both the science and the story. And what made this call so powerful was not just the research. It was the bridge between what many people are feelingevery day and what may be happening underneath it. If your body feels more tired than it should… If your mind feels foggier than it used to… If you feel like your system is running, but not thriving… this recording is worth your time. What we covered on the call We explored: 1. Why mitochondria matter so much Mitochondria are the energy engines of the body. When they are supported, we tend to feel clearer, stronger, and more alive. When they are under stress, everything can start to feel harder. 2. What oxidative stress actually is Chris explained oxidative stress in a very simple way: like rust happening inside the body. Over time, that wear and tear can affect energy, recovery, inflammation, and aging. 3. Why stress is not always bad — but overload is The body needs challenge. It needs movement. It needs adaptation. But too much stress, too often, without enough recovery, starts to create damage. 4. What ESS60 is We talked about the carbon molecule known as ESS60, its history, the Nobel Prize-connected discovery behind C60, and why Chris has spent decades researching it. 5. The difference between lifespan and healthspan This was one of the biggest themes of the night.

I am excited to watch this!! Life was life-ing and I missed this class. Thank you for the replay!
Master Mind w/ Patrick
I was so grateful to be included in this class! Patrick is a human guidebook for how to do what Fairy summed up for me so eloquently…..creating a new bridged business model. One that paves the way for others to not only live with a regulated nervous system, but to have a career that does as well. To “bridge” your dreams and your flow state into a career that acts like a beacon. I have been at a crossroads between bringing a product that I believe was divined to me into fruition and creating art. Patrick said “why choose?” Why not do both? Exactly…. I had to leave the meeting a few minutes early, but I left feeling lighter and supported. Seen!! Thank you 2.0 team for your flashlights that point the way to something new.

@Chelsea Kallis my family all have auto immune diseases. I am a research biologist who did what I do and dove into the research. There are tons of scientific studies that have never come to fruition. I was attempting to biohack a new way to absorb the vitamins they were alarmingly deficient in….and I found it. I made a line of topical vitamins for them and now for anyone who wants to bypass their wonky digestive system and get them topically!!

@Chelsea Kallis you must be part of my science nerd tribe!! Glad to meet you!
Replays
I am having trouble with the replay of videos. The videos are frozen. I will try them on my laptop (if I can figure it out) but I cannot play them on my mobile.

I am a nutrigeneticist who accidentally created a line of products while trying to heal my family. I have all the labels (mom, sister) but I am me!
