Sunday Check in 🫡
Another week wrapped up and a big one for me personally. I’ve officially launched my YouTube channel! Woohoo. Don't expect anything fancy, we're starting with the basics. Me and the camera on my phone. 🎥🙌 It’s been something I’ve wanted to do for a long time; alot of people have asked over the years why I havent created one yet! But I guess now that I've taken the leap to be my own boss, it's time to time it up a notch. If you want a deeper look behind the scenes of the journey, come over and join me there (link’s in my profile). But first, let’s check in. 👇 How was your week? What’s one thing you’re proud of? And what’s one thing you want to shift or level up heading into this new week? Drop your comments below and let’s roll into next week with more good energy and a little bit of that HEC fire. 🔥

Good Luck with the channel. I am sure it will be a great success.
Monday mindset!
Hey guys! Happy Monday! Another fresh week, and another fresh reason to show up. Everyone has a why. It could be your kids. Your health. The fire that comes from competing. Or simply proving to yourself that you can do hard things. Mine is this: It’s part of who I am. Not just a job or a sport, but where I feel alive, grounded, and in control. I train for performance; I love seeing just what my body and mind are capable are. I train for mental clarity, for the challenge. I want to know what yours. Why do you train? Drop your answer below (judgement free zone here) and remind yourself what keeps you moving forward when motivation might not seem so present.

Hi Laura and Warren 'Wogz'.. Thank you for inviting me to join this community. Great job Laura, keep it up! One of my favourite quotes I have seen recently, "Old ways... Don't open new doors" I have been active my whole life. But as we get older, get married, have children, focus all our energy on work (making money) , and the day to day stresses of life. We fall into bad habits, eat poorly, stop being physically active, do not have enough quality sleep and do not manage our stress properly. Which all plays a negative role on our physical and mental health. I have got back into training to get back into shape, loose weight, get fitter, to feel better and more confident about my physically appearance. That might sound 'vane'. But, we all know if you look good, you feel good! Therefore, will naturally lead you to feel more confident going into each day. One of the other main reasons getting back into training is for the benefits it has on one's mental health. Getting into a healthy balanced daily routine. To loose weight, burn the unwanted body fat, get strong and just to be fitter. Setting a goal to work towards. I have set a goal to loose 10kgs in 16 to 24 weeks. Have a great day
