ONE more day after this. You are so close! Day 4 and I am cheering you on hard today ๐Ÿ”ฅ Seriously, the fact that you're still here on day 4 tells me everything about you. Most people quit before they ever get here. Today we're going bold with color because this one photographs beautifully (you'll see ๐Ÿ˜): ๐—•๐—˜๐—˜๐—ง & ๐—•๐—˜๐—ฅ๐—ฅ๐—ฌ ๐—š๐—Ÿ๐—ข๐—ช ๐—ฆ๐— ๐—ข๐—ข๐—ง๐—›๐—œ๐—˜ โ€ข 1 small cooked beet (or 1/4 cup beet juice) โ€ข 1 cup frozen strawberries โ€ข 1 frozen banana โ€ข 1 cup coconut water โ€ข Squeeze of lemon Beets are one of the best foods for supporting healthy blood flow and circulation, which is a big part of why women notice that skin glow after a few days of eating this way. Post your Day 4 photo with "Day 4 โœ…". I want to see that color! ๐Ÿ‘‡

Halfway through and you are doing amazing! Day 3 let's go! โšก Quick check-in: how's your energy been this week? A lot of women start noticing something shifts around day 3 when you're consistently flooding your body with this much nutrition first thing in the morning. Pay attention to that. Today's recipe is a little different. It's creamy, filling, and honestly feels like a treat: ๐—š๐—ฅ๐—˜๐—˜๐—ก ๐—š๐—ข๐——๐——๐—˜๐—ฆ๐—ฆ ๐—ฆ๐— ๐—ข๐—ข๐—ง๐—›๐—œ๐—˜ โ€ข 1 frozen banana โ€ข 1 avocado (or just half if you want it lighter) โ€ข 1 cup unsweetened plant milk โ€ข Big handful of spinach โ€ข Juice of half a lime โ€ข Fresh mint if you have it The healthy fats in avocado help your body absorb all the fat-soluble nutrients from the spinach, so these two together are genuinely a powerhouse combination. Reminder that there are zero extra points for making the fancy smoothie. ๐Ÿ˜„ If you've been blending a banana, some frozen berries, and plant milk all week and posting your photos, that is exactly what this challenge is about. You're flooding your body with whole food nutrition every single morning. The staple smoothies aren't the backup plan. They're the plan.
