@Debbie Hiscock yeah makes sense..those who really need something, never actually do the things that will help them. I love the gamification too. They really need something like this in the US..although not everyone here even has healthcare ๐Ÿ˜”. That's a whole other issue.

@Debbie Hiscock it's so good! I'm going to make the recipe again for meal prep this Sunday. If you're sensitive to spicy food though, you might want to tone it down just a little. I also bought mango salsa, and the two went so well together!

How to actually enjoy summer gatherings (without the spiral)
Happy Friday! Summer weekends means cookouts, birthday parties, family get-togethers โ€” all of it. And I know for a lot of us, those situations can feel stressful. Like you're one potato salad away from "ruining everything." You're not. I promise. Here's what I do before I go anywhere: I eat something before I leave so I'm not showing up starving. Then I find the things I actually want to eat and I enjoy them. I don't hover over the veggie tray pretending I'm fine. I'm there to be with the people I love, and food is part of that. One meal, one afternoon, one weekend. It doesn't undo anything. What matters is that you come back to your habits, not that you never stepped away from them.
