Remember, too, that the list can have up to about 1.5 years of submissions. To avoid duplicate submissions from folks, we leave files on even if retrieved, etc

Western Regional States...
Hello everyone. I just joined the National Surplus Fund Partnership, and I am just now going through the source material. I'm in the state of California, Southern California actually. Is there any advice on which state to start with? Is California a good state to do this program through, or should I just jump to another state like Nevada, Arizona, Washington, idaho, or other Western regional states? Any advice would be helpful. Thank you.

Don't get caught up in working a region or state. Work wherever get a list. California not great for national surplus. You can only get tax surplus funds lists, some counties charge exorbitant fees to pull documents online. And california will not review any claims on tax surplus until one year has passed since tax foreclosure deed has been recorded. Other states you mentioned are fine

If you're going to work Arizona, Maricopa county is hard going with extreme competition.

Advice: California/Panning Program
Hi Shawn, What’s your advice regarding working California for the panning program? Any hick-ups or things to be aware of when working California mortgage overages? Or is it best to skip California all together? I appreciate any guidance provided!

No issues with california using panning system.

@Robin Metcalfe go watch the free one hour video training on our site - surplusfundsriches.net - click on free training. it's an indepth video overview. that might help you. of course, we don't partner with folks who don't get the full training as it costs money to start folks and we charge for the training to help defray that cost
