Wow!! What a Power Call tonight!
We are so incredibly grateful to God for the wonderful experience we had during our inaugural meet-and-greet call! The atmosphere was electric, filled with engaging discussions and genuine connection as we all got to know one another better. It was truly a highlight to connect with such a dedicated group of individuals. And then, as if orchestrated by divine timing, came what we can only describe as a powerful "Prophetic Hit"! During this call, we collectively felt a profound sense of guidance and direction from God. He spoke to each of us individually, offering clarity and purpose for the exciting season ahead. This has been a truly transformative experience for all of us. Apostle @Avery Kinney Than you for your submission and your willingness to be used! Thank you all so very much for your contributions, your openness, and your willingness to share your insights. Your presence and participation made this meet-and-greet call an unforgettable and incredibly blessed event! @John Barber @Jennifer Webb Farris @Avery Kinney @Theodore Lanham

Walking in grace
Just my thoughts and my experiences, on yesterday I experienced something that I've never had to face. After the Thanksgiving holiday in a festive mood, I walk into work and at 8:05am I'm pulled into a meeting where I was told I'm being demoted from my supervisor position back to a team lead, (without any cause, write- ups, disciplinary actions what so ever, and still today no explanation as to why I was demoted)by 8:15 was in another meeting where the plant manager told my team that I was being demoted and the person he promoted was his very own son. Then by 930 had a plant meeting to tell everyone the we are "restructuring some things in the back" but to have no structure once it took place. So I know this must be a God situation but how do you walk in grace in such disrespect!! I tell you it not easy, its only. By the Holy spirit that I do what is difficult for me to do. Walking around the plant, everyone seems to have turned on me, you see the side conversations and the jeers. But God is doing a new thing in my life is what I have to keep telling myself. I did not give them the response they were looking for, I stayed quiet because disrespect will bring up old emotions, I am angry and frustrated, but to God be the glory, I didn't lash out!! Now they avoiding me like I have the plague. But I still smile, help out when asked until my change comes!! Trusting God, because I know this must be a part of his plan!! Pray for me!!

🔥 WALK IN YOUR BEST ANOINTING 🔥
Preachers! Your best anointing isn’t waiting on a platform — it shows up the moment you decide to stop shrinking. The oil moves when you move. Don’t you dare apologize for being called, chosen, or crafted differently. Your best anointing is unlocked when you: - Show up whole, not half-faithful. - Preach what He gave you, not what’s trending. - Stop dimming your light to fit rooms that weren’t built for your brilliance. - Walk in power, even when you feel pressure. - Stay obedient, because obedience will get you places talent never will. This is the season to walk like you know Heaven signed off on on you! Speak like you know God backed you! Serve like you know the oil is not up for debate. Step in it. Stand in it. Stay in it.Your best anointing is the one you finally stop running from. Let’s go, Lab family. The oil is calling your name. +Avery Kinney The Prophet's Porch Richmond, VA

Quick Intro- Avery Kinney Sr.
Greetings, Preachers Lab! I’m Avery Kinney Sr., CEO of Leadership Boot Camp, where we’ve been sharpening, stretching, and building leaders for over 20 years. I’ve spent two decades in itinerant ministry, walking out a prophetic assignment that has taken me from sanctuaries to boardrooms to backrooms where destiny decisions get made. And for more than 20 years, I’ve also served as a Human Resources leader, navigating people, culture, and organizational health with the same clarity I preach with. I move in three lanes — Marketplace. Ministry. Mentorship. And by God’s grace, I’ve been trusted to lead in all three. From conference platforms to corporate tables, from activation rooms to HR strategy sessions — my call is simple: build people, build systems, and build leaders who don’t fold under pressure. I’m based in the Richmond, Virginia area, serving nationally and internationally as a leadership strategist, prophetic voice, and culture shifter. This season? We’re not playing small . We’re not shrinking back. We’re not repeating old patterns. We’re finishing strong, leading well, and stepping into rooms we were born to occupy. Let’s work. Let’s lead. Let’s build.
