Greetings, Preachers Lab!
I’m Avery Kinney Sr., CEO of Leadership Boot Camp, where we’ve been sharpening, stretching, and building leaders for over 20 years. I’ve spent two decades in itinerant ministry, walking out a prophetic assignment that has taken me from sanctuaries to boardrooms to backrooms where destiny decisions get made. And for more than 20 years, I’ve also served as a Human Resources leader, navigating people, culture, and organizational health with the same clarity I preach with. I move in three lanes — Marketplace. Ministry. Mentorship. And by God’s grace, I’ve been trusted to lead in all three. From conference platforms to corporate tables, from activation rooms to HR strategy sessions — my call is simple: build people, build systems, and build leaders who don’t fold under pressure.
I’m based in the Richmond, Virginia area, serving nationally and internationally as a leadership strategist, prophetic voice, and culture shifter. This season? We’re not playing small . We’re not shrinking back. We’re not repeating old patterns. We’re finishing strong, leading well, and stepping into rooms we were born to occupy. Let’s work. Let’s lead. Let’s build.
