Let's Welcome Tony! 🎉
@Tony Cardo , welcome to Skoolology! 💙 Your phrase "emotional resonance" really caught my attention. I don't think enough community builders talk about creating spaces where people genuinely feel connected. Whether you decide to launch a community or are still exploring the idea, I hope you'll jump into the conversations. Sometimes the best ideas come from seeing how others are building and experimenting. Glad you're here!

🔍 Observation This month we've been exploring one question: 🌟What outcomes are communities really creating? As we've listened to conversations in our own community and studied others, one idea keeps surfacing. Many community builders talk about transformation as if it's one big moment. 📊 Pattern But that's not what we're observing. Instead, we're seeing lots of small transformations. 💙Someone sees their members differently. 💙Someone gains the confidence to invite people into their community. 💙Someone realizes they're building more than a course. 💙Someone shifts from teaching information to creating connection. None of those changes makes headlines. But each one changes what happens next. ❓ Question It makes us wonder... What if information isn't the opposite of transformation? What if information is the foundation... and transformation happens one insight, one experiment, and one small shift at a time? Maybe transformation isn't always dramatic. Maybe it's cumulative. 🧪 Next Step For the next few days, pay attention to one small shift. Not a huge breakthrough. Just one moment when you thought differently, acted differently, or saw your community differently than you did a month ago. If you've already chosen an experiment this week, stay the course. Save this question for another time. The goal isn't to chase new ideas. It's to notice the progress you're already making. 🔬 Research Question What's one small transformation you've experienced as a community builder that has changed the way you lead?

It is the simple gestures that serve the greatest good. As mentioned in the film “Contact” with Jodie Foster, the higher intelligence says, “Small moves Ellie, small moves..,”

📌Welcome to Skoolology!
We're so glad you're here. 👋 If you're building a community and wondering... - Why aren't my members engaging? - What should I improve first? - How do I build a community people don't want to leave? You're in the right place. Skoolology is a learning community for community builders who want to stop guessing and start improving. Together, we study what works, test ideas in real communities, and learn from each other's experiments. Before we talk about your community... Let's get to know you. 👋 Your first step takes about 10 seconds. 👇Drop ONE WORD in the comments below. It might be: • A value you live by. • A word that describes the community you're building. • Or simply a word that's meaningful to you today. We'll create something special from your word and welcome you personally. ❤️ We read every single one. Your next step When you've posted your word, head over to the next pinned post and take the 5-minute Community Snapshot. It will help you discover exactly what to improve next. Welcome! Donna & Todd Learn. Build. Lead.
