MAGIC Niche Architect! Get clarity on your niche
Picking a niche, picking a topic, is one of the hardest decisions. I've struggled with it. I've seen my clients struggle with it. Here are some things you should know: - It's not a marrying decision, it's a dating decision - You can change at any time - There is no right or wrong niche, rich or poor niche - Choosing a niche is way better than not choosing one Use my MAGIC Niche Architect to help you generate ideas and then: - Share your 3 niches with the scores - Tell us which one is your favorite (if any) - Explain why NB: You do not have to choose just yet! We'll validate/ refine your idea tomorrow PS The GPT is not perfect yet, it's beta - so, any feedback is welcome!!

Gary V talks about “niche with teeth” and so I’ll try to be very specific. My community helps 30-40 IT professionals in corporate America who are stuck in the messy middle of leadership. I help them set boundaries, grow visibility and find peace of mind in order to live a life they can be proud of while leveling up in the corporate world.

@Lidia Axe will always evolve as I learn more.
Let's Compare Notes
Look at one Skool community you joined. Try to identify their money model: Entry → Core → VIP Then answer: - What is their entry offer? - What is their core offer? - Do they have a VIP / premium level? - One thing you like about their model - One thing you would do differently Drop your insights below 👇

I am looking at Kourse. I joined it from the start of my journey on Skool. I started with the Free Skool Course community and I loved how I was living their model. Free community with a smaller transformation and then upsell to full transformation. It was ripped straight out of the Hormozi playbook and I learned a lot, but also found there was a few gaps for myself. I have bridged those gaps now and am helping others understand the basics of engagement in order to build the connection needed to scale a community.
Liam and Brian
@Brian Walsh invited me in so it only feels right that we'd keep each other accountable.

@Lidia Axe I just messaged @Liam Lebeter to set a daily reminder to nudge. So yeah we've got this!
Mindset Classroom Module
I kinda know the answer, yet, I'd like to hear yours. The biggest obstacles to reaching our goals are inside, not outside: - planning disasters - perfectionism & all that jazz - emotional storms & deep blues - faulty believes and stalling over smth So, I am about to start creating a Mindset Module. What do you think? Also, it can be paid/ level unlocked/ available right away... PS It has to be win-win! Win for you, win for me.

I’d ask what your completion rate of your courses is? We are very focused on a specific dream outcome here and that is something special. Most communities I’ve been part of don’t have this. Instead of creating a course maybe try a call to create open discussion about mindset? This way we can find the common problems and address them as a community. Frees you up as the authority and strengthens the community.
This Is Not a Challenge. It’s a Hackathon.
A challenge is something you “try.” A hackathon? That’s different. A hackathon is where people get together for a short, intense period of time and build something real. It’s collaborative. It’s focused. It’s fun. It’s slightly uncomfortable. And it’s about cracking the code. I cracked mine. I just got my first 100 members in my main community 🏆 You are welcome to join when you're ready! Now it's time for you to crack yours. The goal is simple: - 100 members in your community. - Momentum. Proof. Execution. - And yes - a $100 prize. But here’s the real prize: You stop being someone who dreams and become someone who builds. STEP 1. Your Commitment ----> Write It Down Now: “In the next 30 days, I will launch and grow my Skool community to 100 members.” Put it somewhere visible. If you’re brave, post it publicly on whatever platform you’re active on. LinkedIn. Instagram. Facebook. X. Doesn’t matter. Public commitment creates extra pressure. STEP 2. Make a public stake (it's optional, but it does work on some people like magic) Come up with a punishment if you don't do the work, and don't reach your goal in the next 30 days. Here is the idea: Remember, if you hit 100 members in 30 days, I'll send you $100. So, would not it be fair if don’t (because you did not put in enough work), you send me $100. Fair. Clean. Simple. Or choose your own fun public “penalty” — something visible, something playful. No shame. Just skin in the game. STEP 3. Share it here 👇🏻 - Write your commitment - Write your punishment if you feel it will help (optional) - Share a link to the public post with the commitment and punishment (optional) Ready? GO!
