There's a conversation I keep having with businesses, and it goes like this.
They tell me the sessions I run would be valuable for their team. Genuinely. And then: "We just don't have the budget for it." I haven't told them the price yet. I've been sitting with this for a while, and I wrote about it this week. Because I think it reveals something interesting about how organisations think about people — specifically the gap between saying something has value and actually funding it. In Part 1 of this Blog I explore: • Why "no budget" often isn't the real answer • How ad hoc crises somehow find funding but prevention doesn't • Whether skills without KPIs are being undervalued • What made your best leader great and how much of it was "the human stuff" Drop your thoughts below: What's your experience been? Have you ever tried to push for professional development in your workplace and hit a wall? I'd love to hear it.

You have to Sacrifice who you are...for who you can Become ❤️‍🔥🎙️
The uncomfortable truth about real growth: you must sacrifice who you are today to become the Impossible version of yourself tomorrow. ****Join Impossible Performance TODAY for immediate early access**** In episode, Matt, Austin @Austin Douglas, and Riss @Riss Mullen have a raw conversation on the identity death required for true transformation. They unpack why letting go of your current habits, comfort zones, and familiar self is non-negotiable — through sobriety journeys filled with relapses and recommitment, battling cancer, and rebuilding after divorce. You will learn: • How to exit the terrifying “waiting room” phase before decisive action • Push vs. pull motivation — and why chasing your future self beats running from your past • How burning down the old identity (like a forest fire) creates space for new strength and renewal • Real stories of radical change that prove sacrifice builds unbreakable resilience If you feel stuck, and want real change, but fear the cost — this episode delivers the courage and clarity to move forward. ✨ What part of your old self are you ready to sacrifice? Let us know in the comments ⬇️⬇️⬇️ Your story could be someone else’s breakthrough. Thank you for listening, and as always...Be Impossible!

Lead yourself first everything else follows
Leadership isn’t just about guiding others it starts with leading yourself. When you invest in developing leadership skills, you sharpen your decision-making, build confidence, and learn how to navigate challenges with clarity. The surprising part? These skills don’t just elevate your career they transform how you show up in everyday life. Strong leaders aren’t born overnight. They’re built through small, consistent actions: listening better, thinking bigger, and staying accountable. What’s one leadership skill that has made a real difference in your life?

Members question
Sometimes I think the best insights come from being a member, not just a builder. As a member — what made you decide “this community is worth staying in”?
