a lot of y’all don’t need a perfect routine. you need to stop doing random shit. random gym days. random meals. random sleep schedule. random hair routine. then you wonder why your results are random too. the boring basics are what change everything. lift consistently. eat mostly whole foods. get your steps in. sleep enough. groom yourself properly. repeat that long enough and you’re already ahead of most dudes. you don’t need to reinvent your life every week. you need to pick the right basics and actually stick to them. you dont need more motivation
you probably don’t need another motivational video. They need proof that they can actually trust themselves. Every time you say you’re gonna do something and don’t do it, you teach yourself your word means nothing. “I’ll go to the gym tomorrow.” “I’ll start eating clean Monday.” “i’ll learn how to cut my hair in the future.” Then you fold. Confidence comes from keeping promises to yourself. Even small ones. Hit your steps. Get your lift in. Eat the right meal. groom yourself properly. Stack enough of those and you start moving different because now you actually believe yourself you already know what you need to do

The fear you should actually have
Most of y’all are scared of the wrong stuff. Scared of rejection. Scared of failing. Scared of looking dumb. So you hesitate, stay in the same spot, and call it “waiting for the right time.” But the fear that really hits is regret. Not that quick sting of getting told no. I’m talking bout that slow burn of knowing you could’ve approached, could’ve started, could’ve changed your body, could’ve built something... and u didn’t. Rejection fades. Regret stays. The girl you never spoke to. The business you never started. The physique you kept saying you’d lock in on. That’s the shit that really haunts people. Worst case when you take action? You get embarrassed for a second, learn something, and keep it pushing. Worst case when you do nothing? You stay the same. Ask urself ts: Am I the man that i SAY i am?
