One concept that really changed my life was learning about risk. Easy to understand, but hard to implement, I think. The way it was taught to me was: write all your fears down and look at them in terms of risk. Then take each one and figure out how to mitigate that risk. For example, if you're scared of being homeless and you're lucky enough to have a family to bunk with - that's lowering that risk. The easier said than done part is that I've written that list and it's helped some, but there are some bits I'm still pretty scared s#!tless over. I think at this point it's emotion management, but still, the mindset and exercise goes a ways to dent the Wall of Fear. Hope this helps someone even a little tiny bit 🙂
