Imagine a journey that combines expert nutrition advice, fun and effective exercise routines, mindfulness techniques, and a deep connection with nature. That's exactly what Maan offers. She's all about getting you to embrace the wild side of life and feel fantastic doing it. But what sets Maan apart are her unique practices like grounding meditation, wild swimming, and lived experience of healing. These aren't just about fitness; they're about reconnecting with the world around you and finding your centre. Maan's journey to this holistic approach started in the world of pharmaceuticals as a drug safety specialist and then pivoted to nursing in intensive care and nursing triage. Her unique perspective, combining experience in primary care with her background in pharmaceutical research, drove her to explore alternative approaches to health and healing. This transformative journey led her away from conventional healthcare models, embracing embodied natural practices that prioritize the individual's innate capacity for self-healing.

Morning 💐. January last year I decided that I wanted to enhance my life but most importantly feel at peace. I started to embrace a self love journey and learned the importance of regulating my nervous system, putting in boundaries to align with what I really feel and want and not what family/ society expects. In April, although it came as no great shock, I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. I was obese and felt very unhappy in my body. Then I found Maan through a mutual friend. She talked about mindful eating and it was powerful. I started to think about not only what I was eating but how I was eating it and why. I’ve completely changed my eating habits. My body is healthier, I’m grateful for my food and best of all … I no longer have diabetes or even pre diabetic! I’m here for accountability, to ensure I never slip back into old unhealthy habits and to support others.
