EYES... DO YOU NOTICE THEM?
Most people think eye tension is just from screens or being tired. But very often, eye tension is also a nervous system pattern. Because your eyes are not just for seeing. Your eyes are part of how your body tracks safety. They are constantly asking: What’s happening around me? Do I need to prepare? Do I need to protect myself? SHARE👇 YOUR OBSERVATIONS 👇

BODY KNOWS JAW JOURNEY
Hi everyone, I’m excited to share something new with you. I’ve created a self-paced BODY KNOWS JAW journey for those of you who want to go deeper into the patterns we hold in the face, mouth, throat, and nervous system. 👉 This journey is for anyone who feels: - jaw tension - clenching or grinding - tight tongue or throat - skull and neck tension - tired eyes - held-back voice - a body that is working hard to stay in control Inside, we explore the deeper connection between the jaw, skull, tongue, eyes, breath, voice, and nervous system through 65 guided exercises designed to help you release tension, restore mobility, and create more regulation in the body. This is not just about the jaw. It's about the patterns underneath the jaw. It’s about softening survival habits the body has been carrying for a long time. ‼️ Release timeline ‼️ (You can find it in the CLASSROOM) 👉 1. Early Bird Weekend Release — $49Available first to this community for a limited weekend opening. 👉 2. Public Announcement — Monday, April 20 — $67 The course opens publicly, and the price increases. 👉 3. Full Price — April 25 — $97 From April 25, the full self-paced program will be available at its regular rate. If your body has been asking for attention here, this may be the right place to begin. You’ll dive into: - jaw release - skull and suboccipital release - tongue release - eye tension and soft gaze work - voice release - breath and nervous system regulation I’m very excited to share it with you. ❤️

I am so interested in this!!! 🙏 I’ve been biting my nails and grinding my teeth since I was 8….
Welcome to the community. Small steps. Big changes.
1. Introduce Yourself =) Tell us your name, where you’re from, and one thing your body has been trying to tell you lately. 2. Two Truths & One Lie – Body Edition Example: • I can touch my toes • I hold no tension in my jaw • I love cold showers. Guess which one is the lie. 3. Win of the Week! Did you sleep better? Stretch? Breathe? Walk more? Small wins count. Share one.

Hello, I'm Bonny from Airlie beach, Australia. I’m not much of a group person but everyone seems so lovely and genuine in this group… I don’t know wha my body is telling me… except that I miss it… I feel like we got separated a while ago and have been desperately trying to find each other for over 15 years now… I genuinely cant think of 2 truths 1 lie. But have enjoyed reading everyone else’s. Win of the week was loving the impact of conscious breathing. Never had it explained in such a impactful way before… can’t stop “breathing” now
Your VOICE is not just sound. It’s a regulation tool.
If you have: 👉 Tight jaw 👉 Lump in throat 👉 Shallow breathing 👉 Fear of speaking 👉 Vocal fatigue 👉 Neck tension Your nervous system may be in a protective state. The vagus nerve runs through the throat and vocal cords. Humming, sighing, and making sound can help move the body out of freeze and into safety. 👉 Try this today: 1 minute humming 5 long sighs Long “AHH” sound Jaw relaxed Tongue relaxed Then notice what changes in your body.

Wow making a sound made so much of a difference… didn’t realise how much I shy away from making sounds… felt a huge difference afterwards.
DAY 3 - FIRST STEP CHALLENGE
Here we go. (CLASSROOM ☝️) Today we shift from the body…into the mind. But we do it differently. We are not trying to stop the thoughts. We are not trying to control the thoughts. We are learning how to notice them. First we notice the body. Then we notice the breath. Now we notice the thoughts. Awareness is growing. Keep going. If you are just joining in, go to the classroom & explore =) Share your experiences, thoughts, and difficulties...together we GROW! ❤️🫂❤️

Thank you! Found it so helpful to put a label on the type of thought I was having. It took all the “drama” out of it…. Like deflating a balloon…. :-)
