FREQUENCY FEST! Who's playing?
I thought it would be awesome to take a deep dive into some of the fabulous ideas inside this edition of the magazine and what better place to start with a provocative idea by by cover star - @Hayley Su Buchanan I quote from Hayley's illuminating article: "The frequency of success is not about ease as in “easy.” It is ease-filled. Ease-filled success still requires action. It still stretches you. It still asks you to step beyond what you’ve always done. In fact, transformation always demands movement. If you continue to operate the way you always have, you will continue to receive what you always have. But there is a profound difference between action driven by alignment and action driven by adrenaline. The frequency of success is ease-filled because your nervous system is not at war with your ambition. It is expansion without panic. It is movement without self-abandonment. It is growth without bracing for collapse. When I speak of The Extra Ordinary, this is what I mean. The recognition that abundance is not somewhere ahead of you. It is already here, encoded in the earth, in your breath, in your ability to create, in the rhythm of your life. The earth models success better than any entrepreneur. She grows. She blooms. She sheds. She rests. She returns. There is no performance in her harvest. No comparison between winter and spring. No urgency to force fruit out of season. Every season is success." The idea of Ease can be a stretch for many entrepreneurs ....what about you?

@Kip Clarke "..Next Big Thing, which is ALWAYS out ahead, accepting the idea that abundance is already here, and it's already enough" - I always called it Passionate Detachment - the drive to expand and achieve whilst being mindful enough to have rapture in the journey.

@Kip Clarke I also think it's quite determined by our numerological life paths and personality. There is no one size fits all here.. I've learned to navigate the dichotomy by having a life partner who is polar opposite in both! :-)
NETWORKING NIGGLES... What are yours?
Who has a love-hate relationship with networking? You know you need to do it but you may not enjoy it. Do you ever feel different? Like you don't really belong? How do you feel about breakout rooms, Fun? Or a waste of time... Have you ever made solid connections from networking? If networking could do what it says on the tin, what would that look like for you??

@Kip Clarke that's what I experienced at the big Brand Event in the UK last year... it left me with 1k less in my purse and no leads, even after nurturing. Our new columnist @Clair Carrington has refreshing ideas about this, as do @Sabine Matharu and @Dina Behrman . Obviously you can't please everyone... We know we need to connect but organised events can leave us wondering if there is an ROI on our time.

@Dina Behrman yes, not all networking groups are created equal! And we are in an era where we can and probably should re-invent the wheel on this one. Nobody can keep up momentum in a solo vacuum.

I have finished watching the recording of this week's group session and have read over the amazing workbook and made some notes. And I have thanked Jenni from my heart for this training - it dawned on me while watching that THIS is why I am here - I do so many things and had been running out of ideas and on the verge of giving up...but now I realise that after years, months lately of delving into Who I am AND marketing/sales/photo shoots/shadow work/...I am still not getting the Who I am piece in terms of refining and embodying it. I thank Jenni for remembering and for repeating the 'I work for Gaia' statement I made last group session...my Inner Patriarch hates that SO much it is untrue. He holds me back over and over and it is time to step into the service for Gaia. Thank you @Jenni Parker Brown for sharing your wisdom and part of your own story so powerfully.
