✅ Completed: Client boxing sessions, a bit of strength work, mobility, and finished with some boxing. ⚡ Energy (1–10): 8 out of 10. Great energy, especially training with clients who want to push themselves. 📝 Takeaway: Make training fun. As a coach, bring the energy and create an experience people remember. That’s what keeps them coming back and improving. 🔁 Tomorrow I will: Continue with strength training, then boxing and conditioning.

I want tell you how much I’m enjoying our sessions. I’m honestly so excited for this journey and the transformation ahead. I’ve always wanted this kind of growth for my body, and I feel super motivated and ready to tackle my workouts every single day now. You’ve made such a big difference in how I approach my training, and I really appreciate the encouragement and the focus you bring to our sessions. ✅ Completed: 5K run, mobility work, and boxing. Focused on conditioning and throwing punches under fatigue. ⚡ Energy (1–10): 9 out of 10. Felt strong and energized throughout. 📝 Takeaway: Patience and breathing. Take time to breathe between rounds, between sets, even between punches. It keeps you composed and performing at your best. 🔁 Tomorrow I will: Rest and recover. Sauna, steam room, and pool intervals to reset the body.
