I'm trying to practice the supply/demand zones, so I can get this right. For this chart, how do you know where to set the demand for the new high pointed out? Is it immediately preceding the long green candle? Or did the move start back further, so the demand zone should be back further?

Is it normal for random people to start conversations with you in direct messages? I'm hesitant to engage people I don't know. But I realize this is a community of traders, so they may actually just be friendly. Friendly isn't usually what I'm known for. :)
