Prompt: Whatβs one way youβve been performing professionalism instead of being yourself? I'm thinking we might keep these more consistent, because if you haven't noticed, these are SUPER quick ways for ya'll to connect and share experiences--liking/commenting gets you points to get higher on the leaderboard! So I know the week I was in the hospital, we got a little off that schedule, and I want to get us back on track. If you're feeling "behind"...please don't! Or, from a coaching perspective, challenge yourself to think about why that story is coming up for you. Let me set the record (anything but π) straight: Any queer professional can join this community at any time. You're never too late. If you start checking out posts/supporting your fellow community members today, that's perfect. If you want a suggestion, find 30 min somewhere in your day that you usually doomscroll (c'mon...be honest...) and replace that with popping in to the community chat. That's it. As we continue to grow, we'll be starting some regular virtual Q&A sessions and meetups as well. That said, lets welcome our new members @Winter Valdez , @Brian Duncan, @Rachel Rickman, and @Elle Waters!! π I will send more in a DM, but please feel free to put up your intro post and fill out the availability poll (PLEASE and thaank you!) As of right now, I only have 3 responses, but as the professionals say: "Fuck it, we'll do it live!" π€£ I've got something special planned for tomorrow @10am CST (and since I know we're hoping for and evening live session as well, please comment below a few times @Garrett Rathbun @Raye Mckinney ). Without giving too much away, I will say, if you are actively interviewing, this workshop is for you! As a matter of fact, if you know this is you, please send me a DM with the job description for the specific position you're interviewing for and I'll give you the first steps of the process to get a jump on it!
