One thing I've been noticing from our recent discussion in Skool Nexus is that community owners can have very different challenges. Some are working on attracting the right members. Others want more engagement, better structure or a clearer path towards monetisation. And sometimes, the biggest challenge is knowing what to focus on first. Because when you're busy running a community, it's easy to work on lots of things without being sure which ones will make the biggest difference. That's why I believe it's important to step back occasionally and look at the bigger picture. Not to find fault with what you're doing, but to understand where your community is now, what's working, and where your attention could be best spent next. ❤️ If you could get a fresh perspective on one thing in your community right now, what would you want help figuring out?
