It is so calming and works to remind me about what I sometimes forget! I was using the journal prompts and the question - What experiences had made me doubt this gift? The first thing that came to mind was the naysaying from my family. That was probably the biggest reason I hesitated years ago. Once I decided to choose for myself what my life was going to be about - then the world of learning all I could about healing started showing up all around me.
