So you want to be a high achiever? (real talk)
You want a successful AI agency. Clients who pay you well. Work you’re proud of. The freedom to choose how you live. How long have you wanted that? And how much has actually changed in that time? You’ve watched the videos. Saved the posts. Tried the tools. But you’re still unsure what to sell, who to sell it to, or how to get someone to pay you. Another month passes. You’re still saying, “I’m working on it.” Let's get real for a second. Last week, how many business owners did you speak to? How many follow-ups did you send? Did you put a single offer in front of anyone who could buy it? Or did you spend the week preparing? Getting everything "perfect" before going to market. Changing your website. Testing a new tool. Rewriting your offer for the 5th time. Each one gives you something to do without risking a no. But a business owner can’t buy an offer you never show them. And you can’t learn why your pitch falls flat if you never make it. At some point, you have to put your work in front of someone who can say yes or no. You also need to look at how you’ve set up the environment around you. Who reviews your sales calls? Who tells you when your offer is unclear? Who notices when you spend another week planning instead of speaking to buyers? If the answer is nobody, you’re left to spot every mistake yourself. That can keep you stuck for far longer than you need to be. Find people who will look at your work and tell you the truth. People who can show you where you lost the buyer. Help you fix a weak proposal. Ask if you sent the follow-up you said you would. Then give yourself time to act on that feedback. Put your phone away. Pick the task you’ve been avoiding. Finish it. You don’t need to figure out your whole future today. You do need to stop letting the same week repeat. How much longer do you want to keep saying, “I’m working on it”? If you’re ready to take the next step, comment "ACTION" below. I’ll DM you and set you up with someone on my team to talk through where you’re stuck and whether we can help

real talk 🗣️
You're undercharging. Probably by a lot.
Been sifting through a bunch of data this week and a common ask keeps popping up. Think about the last quote you sent. Or the one you're about to send.. Now be honest. Did you land on that number because you worked it out, or because it felt like the most you could get away with asking? Almost everyone is doing the second one. That's why "what do I charge" is the question I see more than any other. Underneath it there's usually a quieter one: how does Morningside AI sell projects at the numbers it does, when I'm over here quoting four figures. At Morningside we had to learn it too and it wasn't a better product or a bigger team. It was a tweak in our sales process. Scope of projects never changed. Yet our projects scaled from 5-10k builds all the way up to six-figure deals. So here's my question to you. Take the project you'd quote at 2k today. What changes if that exact project goes out at 6k? Not more work. Not a bigger build. The same thing, priced properly. What would that change for your business? For your life? If you want to start signing bigger deals, book a session with a member of our team. They'll find the gaps in your sales approach and show you where your number should actually be. We've already helped hundred of members make the same shift. I've dropped some screenshots below, have a look. Ask yourself why not you. → [BOOK A SESSION AND DISCOVER HOW TO PRICE YOUR PROJECTS THE RIGHT WAY] Nico.

I'm Josh, Co-CEO at Morningside
Quick intro since I'll be in here a fair bit. Started an e-commerce brand at 18. Then built a digital marketing agency for health and wellness brands. At its peak our team was running campaigns responsible for over $100 million a year in revenue. With the launch of ChatGPT I co-founded Morningside late 2022 with Liam. Now 55+ across the group, spread across two arms. Morningside AI focused on AI transformation for sports teams, publicly traded businesses and the like. Morningside Education helping you start and scale your own AI agency the same way we built ours, through the AAA Accelerator and this community, the AI Automation Hub. My job in here is simple. I take what we're learning at Morningside, from real work we're doing, not hypotheticals, and hand it to you so you can build a business off it. I'm not going to dress it up. My posts will be raw and to the point. My job is to help you build a successful business, not give you a hug. Type of content you will be seeing from me: - Market shifts in AI and where I think things are heading. - Tactics and approach to running an AI business. - How you get in front of real companies, and what it takes to deliver ROI driven solutions. - What's actually working to from the frontlines of a successful AI Agency (Morningside AI). Keeping it brief. First posts coming shortly. Look forward to connecting with more of you. Josh

Short intro on me. I've been working alongside Liam and Josh since the very start. Employee number three, I guess, if we're putting a number to it. To give you an idea of what I've done here: a bit of everything to build this company. Workflows, automations, sales, branding & design, customer success management, and building the success and coaching teams, the AAA Accelerator, and this community. Pretty much everything you see on the front end, I've had my hands on at some point. Plus everything behind it that you don't see. Now, the part that actually matters for you. I've seen both sides of this. I started the customer success team at the AAA Accelerator and ran it myself for the first six months. Hundreds of conversations with members, from people who had no idea what an AI automation agency even was, through to watching some of them build six-figure agencies off it. I've seen plenty flourish and some quietly die. Which members get traction in month two, and which ones are still "setting up" in month eight. So I've got a fairly clear picture of what works and what doesn't. You'll see some stuff in the coming weeks on this. Good to meet you all, look forward to connecting with more of you. Casey 🦍
