Witness Yourself
Today's Teaching Healing work begins with knowing yourself — your emotions, your energy, your reactions, your limits. If you cannot track yourself accurately, you will get lost inside other people's pain every single time. If you've been letting emotions and feelings just "flow" without any attention, it creates a mash up and becomes harder to distinguish what is yours and what is not. Remember, there is a difference between observing an emotion and absorbing an emotion. Absorbing means it becomes yours. You can't tell where it came from. You carry it home. It sits Observing means you can feel the presence of something without losing yourself inside it. You register it. You track it. You remain sovereign. As you practice, understand more fully that energetic sovereignty is not a concept. It is a skill. And it starts with this: being able to sit inside your own experience and know what belongs to you. Today's Reflection: What do I notice in my body today that I would usually ignore? Is there any feeling I am holding that does not belong to me? Drop your answers in the comments. Even one line. This is your healing time

That is why it is so important as healers to ground ourselves before and after channeling healing in whatever modality being used
Developing the Daily Habits of Your Healing
There are different ways to help with keeping focused on our daily walk as healers. 1. Establish your sacred grounded practice. What is that for you each day? Something in the morning? Is it something when you first get out of bed or after your first coffee? 2. What is your method to set your outlook for the day? Are you a meditator? Are you a morning outside walker? The important thing is to begin working on a clear path that gives you stability each and every day. I like to look at it as stages of action. Arrival - how do I arrive each morning? Belonging - how do I declare who I am and what I am each morning? Depth - Is there something I'm working on that requires my attention in order to go deeper and see more clearly? Rhythm - Are my actions rhythmic? It doesn't have to be, but over time developing a particluar cadence to how you show up each day will build strength, it will build that muscle we need. How are you developing and growing in your healing path? Where do you see the growth? What areas do you need to give attention to? All are valid. Our walk is individual but not alone! Post your comments.

I start each day with short meditation with gratitude, walk in nature on sunny days, evening meditation then sleep but I don't get to sleep until much later. Timings are not routine because I wake up early, meditate, catch more sleep then wake up for the day. Sometimes I might decide to continue sleeping and ignore my early start and the day follows through. I’m currently still continuing on self healing but when opportunity arises, I will practice healing
New Beginnings
I'm leaning into the Sacred Healing Journey because working with this material and with you has shown me that we're on a Journey of Discovery together. I find it rejuvenating each time I go through the course work.

Sacred Healing Journey is Here
Hello wonderful healers! Here are some changes underway here at the Rainbow Path: A new color scheme is up and you can see it on the About page and the classroom pages. Please give me your feedback. I like to know how it looks to others on your PC, laptop or mobile. The Healers Challenge has a new name - Sacred Healing Journey. I'm in the process of recording new materials for this Sacred Healing Journey to add to the existing classes. The change is part of the roll out of a new membership level that will follow along with changes to the classroom layout. These changes are part of my committment to providing the best experience for your healing journey as you prepare yourselves for the role of healers and teachers in your communities.

The Work Continues as We Grow
Now, as you use the sacred healing audios and the sacred daily practices, reflect on the progress you've made and how it's starting to impact your life. Are you stronger now with your healing gift? Are you waiting for something to give you a sign that it's okay to start? How does naming and claiming your gift change the way the world looks to you? What do you want to share or talk about as you move forward?

@Maria Valentin Grand rising @Maria Valentin. I am grateful to Spirit for this journey and those I have met who provide encouragement in my Spiritual journey. Your response is spirit-filled and gladdened my heart. It has opened me up to where and what wounds need to be healed. I really appreciate you and hope that as I grow, things will fall into place. Gratitude

@Maria Valentin Thanks for sharing this. I had an experience last week. My son came home with severe hay fever symptoms affecting him. I thought to myself I could help him so he can feel relieved. I sought permission from his dad to help him. Immediately dad said he had medication and would give him on return from work. I held my peace. When he returned late in the night, he couldn't find the medication, son still suffering from the effects of the symptoms. I was asked to get him medication early next day. Generally advice is that we need to seek permission first and that you can't enter someone’s field without permission. Thats standard ethics. Permission from adults if patient is a child, permission also from any adult if they are the patient. If they don't give consent, healing cant happen.
