Struggling to find funding or investors for your property deals
A lot of people are stuck here, good opportunities, but no capital to move forward. The mistake I see most? Chasing investors without building the foundation first. In my experience, things only changed when I focused on consistency, sourcing deals every month and using income from a side hustle to fund my early projects. That built my track record and confidence. From there, investors became more open to partnering with me because they could see I knew what I was doing. If you’re serious about getting into property but funding is holding you back, there are ways to start without relying fully on investors from day one, that’s exactly what helped me. @Doug Bland tread slowly until we hear from @Quinn Morgan - seems like a copy/paste from her other group (i respect the hustle) but we don't have challenges with funding or investors. we actually have more than we kno what to do with!
