Hello all I need help writing a decent prompt / framework to input all my medical history into a digital format. Firstly I need to scan all the letters ( I will probably just do this from my phone). Then I don’t know if I should do it in date order regardless of diagnosis or do it in sections of diagnostics. Then get AI to analyse all of it and see if anything has been missed or can be interpreted by looking at all this together and also to produced a decent timeline . Should I do this step by step or just put it in as a prompt as I have done here? Any opinions or help? I need to sort my health before I can progress in life. Thanks
