Diagnosis
I am uncomfortable with using the word diagnosis as one of the pillars. This discomfort comes from having been a nurse where only a doctor had the right too diagnose. Anyone else uncomfortable with this? Am I being over cautious here?

I struggled with this as well. As a licensed massage therapist, I am not allowed to diagnose so when I see certain things going on with a client I have to tell them to explore it with their physician. In the case of coaching, the word diagnose allows me to feel empowered to do the research necessary to get the client to the root cause of an issue, and then beyond it. Diagnosis is not putting a label on anybody, it’s just doing the work with the client to find root causes. And they hold all the answers. It has been helpful for me to keep that in mind. It’s just the process of gaining knowledge. I wouldn’t use the term diagnose with the client because of how uneasy it generally makes people feel and the expectations that are attracted, but it’s a great word for us as coaches to be mindful of what that phase of the journey is meant for.

🎉 30 YEARS OLD, ROAD TOWARDS MANSHIP!!!
🎉 This week, I celebrated 30 years of life and want to share with all of you a journey filled with dreams, struggles, and achievements. From my childhood, I was always a curious child, dedicated to art in all its forms: painting, clay, music, and acting. In my second decade, sports became my passion. After exploring athletics, soccer, swimming, and martial arts, I chose basketball, facing a monumental challenge by joining a well-established team late. However, with daily dedication, in less than a year, I was playing at their level. Thanks to nearly 20 years of specific exercise and diet, along with the best Biohacks available, I've achieved a body and energy that are optimized to 100%. The third decade stood out for my journey around the world. With less than 900 euros, I trusted my abilities to venture out. I experienced unique challenges, from a kidnapping in Mexico to narrowly escaping death in the San Miguel de Allende forest by crossing a slippery tube suspended over a 100m drop. In the Guatemalan jungle, dengue attacked me, and an indigenous shaman cured me with peculiar red and yellow remedies. On the shores of Lake Baikal, I lived in a wooden cabin with two Russian scientists who didn't feel respected unless you drank a minimum 1 bottle of Vodka per day. I faced moments of risk, from being arrested in Colorado for a crime I didn't commit to jumping out of a moving car in California. In Kansas, I devoured a burrito weighing over 5 kilos and survived a brutal car accident in the desert. In Toronto, I helped a suicidal truck driver that was going to kill himself and me to find a new perspective. In my fourth decade, I am excited to build a family with the woman of my life, merging our Russian and Spanish roots. This weekend, we celebrated the beginning of this new stage, and here I share a memory of our celebration. Life is an amazing journey, and each experience has contributed to the person I am today. I appreciate everyone who has been part of my story, and I am ready to embrace the challenges and joys that this new decade has to offer. 🙌✨
