🧠 The 3-Step System to Get Out of Your Own Head
If you're the only one who remembers the permission slip, the dentist appointment, AND that you're out of milk, this is for you. Step 1: Brain Dump Get it all out. Messy, unfiled, no order. Notebook, phone note, back of an envelope, doesn't matter. The goal is just to get it out of your head. Step 2: Externalise It Move it from your head to somewhere visible, one shared calendar, one list on the fridge, one home base. Not five different systems. One. Step 3: Hand It Off This is the step most of us skip. Sharing the load isn't just delegating a task, it's handing over the owning of it too. Someone else needs to remember it now, not just do it when you remind them. You don't need a perfect system. You need one place, and one less thing living only in your head. 💛

@Seth Landry You’re very welcome! 😊 I think we all have a lot more rattling around in our heads than we realise. Hopefully there’s something in there that helps lighten the mental load a little! 💛

@Karren Franklin I’d love to know how you get on! 😊 The brain dump can feel surprisingly freeing once you get everything out of your head. Don’t worry about making it neat or organised at first — just get it all down! 💛
Question for B2C printable sellers
I am looking for advice regarding how printable sellers handle the "terms and conditions" page for your digital/printable items intended for non-business owners. Specifically, I think my challenge is most relevant to those who serve teachers or those who may frequently collaborate and share resources with others. I typically have not put my terms of use as a portion of the main product in my downloads. (I do include it in the product description.) However, especially because I have created a new activity book I will be offering in an upcoming bundle as a freebie, I feel like I should add it this time. As someone who enjoys downloading freebies (for both business and personal use), I have to say that it *is* very helpful to have them clearly listed as part of the same document. This is mostly when I'm looking as a starting point for business products, but I presume it helps others as well. My struggle is that I feel like it's off-putting for a non-business owner (we know the deal and why it's there . . . I think the general public is different). I've decided to put it at the end because I definitely don't want to start my product with the page. I'm wondering how others deal with this. How much do you include? Some examples I see are *very* intimidating. Then other products have nothing at all. Examples would be lovely. . . . For my working copy, I have just copy and pasted what I typically include at the end of my listings. I do have it under a brief "Thank you for your purchase" paragraph as well: Thank you for your purchase! I know there are many opportunities out there for activities for your child or classroom, and I truly appreciate you choosing mine. Terms of Use This product is created for your personal use only. You are welcome to use these pages for yourself, your family, or your own single classroom if you are a teacher. PLEASE DO NOT share these digital files or provide physical copies for anyone outside of your household (other than printing for your own students). No aspect of these materials may be used for commercial purposes.

@Amanda Renee that's perfect 👌
Do you collab?!
If you're in this group, I'm going to assume you probably do! Collaborations are my #1 source of traffic to my products. It's also my favorite way to build my business without having to be on social all the time! How many collabs a month do you do?

Where’s Your Fire? 🔥
Have you noticed the little 🔥 next to some people’s names here on Skool? You’ve gotta EARN that baby. 🔥 Do 10+ activities per day for 30 days straight, and Skool adds the fire emoji next to your name. Posts, comments, likes, and poll participation all count. And YES, other people can see your 🔥. It’s a tiny little badge that says, “I SHOW UP!” Want to find your fire? Here are 3 ridiculously simple ways to do it: 🔥 1. Take a 5-minute LEAP lap every day. Scroll through the community, like posts that help you, celebrate someone’s win, and see who needs support. 🔥 2. Leave REAL comments. Don’t just lurk! Answer someone’s question. Share an idea. Encourage somebody. Tell them what you’re trying. Community works when we actually TALK to each other. 🔥 3. Share what you’re working on. Post a win, ask a question, share what you learned, or tell us what you’re doing next. You don’t need to have all the answers to participate. ✅ 10 little interactions. ✅ Every day. ✅ For 30 days. That’s how you get your 🔥, but more importantly, that’s how people start to know your name, understand what you do, trust you, and remember you. So . . .WHERE’S YOUR FIRE? 🔥 Drop a 🔥 below if you’re going for it!
