Hey Leapers 🤗 I would appreciate your view on this topic. Today I have deleted 238 subscribers who haven't opened my email the last 6 months and beyond... I am really getting tired of people who subscribe just to grab a freebie and after that they ghost you... 𝘔𝘢𝘪𝘭𝘦𝘳𝘓𝘪𝘵𝘦 is getting offley expensive for the size of the list I am building and the number of landing pages I have builded so I decided to set some boundaries around my business because slowly but surely is becoming an 𝘦𝘹𝘱𝘦𝘯𝘴𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘩𝘰𝘣𝘣𝘺.😂 I am doing very well financially with my AI and Social Media Business but I refuse to pay the bill for lurkers and freebie grabbers 😁 Who else is cleaning their list regularly?

She's also going live every Wednesday in her new Facebook group Bookkeeping Help for Women Business Owners, and she's applied to 8 bundles this month. 🎉 @Samantha Stefaniak got 7 new paying members in her community this month! She's also hosting monthly mini retreats, got 2 more paying clients into her program Carrying Your Cross Without Losing Yourself and is now starting to do speaking events. 🎉 @Irene Markulik has more than 1200 subscribers on her email list! She's about to start beta testing her new program and is planning more collaborations for this fall. 🎉 @Christina Canterbury wrote and scheduled 2 weeks worth of content during our monthly Get It Done Week. She got 17 new members last month in her Skool group Small Business Elevation Club, is hosting a Q&A Call and a mini training every month, has 40+ subscribers to her email list, and has been consistently sending emails every week since July. 🎉 @Linda Strahl planned a FULL YEAR of content during our Get It Done Week. She also got 30 new email subscribers this week, and her list is over 130 people. She's growing her Skool group Neuro's Ko-Fi Academy and launched her free Discord community Neuro's Ko-fi Academy

Imagine hiring a swimming instructor whose only experience is yelling "KICK YOUR LEGS!" at the TV during the Olympics. No thank you. I'll take my chances with the sharks. 🦈 But that's exactly what some business owners are doing when they claim to be experts at something they've NEVER actually done. Let me tell you about the marketing manager I almost hired years ago. I was looking for someone to handle my social media, grow my email list, and help me get more sales. I found a woman who looked AMAZING on paper. Professional website. Fancy descriptions. Big promises about being the BEST marketing manager around. I was ready to hand over my credit card, but then I did a little snooping. I checked her Facebook account. Fewer than 100 followers. Instagram? Same thing. OK, maybe she was amazing at getting results for other people? NOPE. Not a single client testimonial on her website. No success stories. No examples of what she'd accomplished for herself OR anyone else. Just a whole lot of "I'm the best!" without a single receipt. I didn't hire her. ❌ And that experience taught me something I've never forgotten. You can't just SAY you're an expert. You have to SHOW people why they should believe you. Now, before you start panicking because you haven't reached your first $10K month, hear me out. I'm NOT saying you need to be a millionaire before you can teach someone how to make money. I'm saying you need to WALK YOUR TALK. And if you haven't gotten the results you're teaching yet? BECOME YOUR OWN GUINEA PIG! 🐹 Test your strategies. 🐹 Document what happens. 🐹 Share your wins AND your spectacular failures. 🐹 Say, "I'm trying something new, and you're coming along for the ride!" Being a guinea pig is how you build trust without pretending to be someone you're not. In fact, I've been guinea-pigging my own Goodbye 9-to-5 Mastermind for more than 12 YEARS!
