In the morning, after I've had water, 1,000 mgs of vitamin C, and then either tea or coffee... The tea usually have honey and liquid creamer in it, and the coffee just liquid creamer. Later in the day, I often drink Celsius to keep going. Energy drinks aren't good. But right now, kind of need it... How about you?!
