Which course format do you prefer?
As a member, do you prefer to sit and listen to a long course or just get the info in several shorter videos? Or maybe just do it with you live?

I think it's going to depend on the content. If it's for a specific problem then videos as short as possible. If it's part of something bigger then probably still shorter videos on specific bits but supported by a longer (maybe live) video

Got my first testimonial posted up on my about page. I need to work on my branding some everything feel cohesive but I'm taking a view of. Get stuff out then fix unless it going to have a serious negative impact

Morning win! 💪🍳
Thought you fellas might appreciate this. Won the morning with a 4am morning workout (before the kids and wife wake up) Absolutely lethal post workout meal - 1 egg + 200g egg whites topped with local Austin, TX red jalapeño hot sauce. - Avocado toast topped with everything bagel seasoning ( try it ) - Cottage cheese with frozen berries - Magic mind nootropic shot. After this hopping into a deep work session on my community updating course, a little vibecoding, and taking some calls. Let's go!

Thanks to you all making me feel lazy, I did get out of bed at 0630 (the time I planned, 0400 is crazy) without any snoozing

@James Blackburn I even tried putting my alarm on the other side of the room but I was just getting back into bed. I know this is something I need to work on
What time do you run sessions?
Hi Skool Dads! Lots of my dads are USA based, so I'm grappling with the time zone issues between them and their Kiwi counterparts.... and some in Europe... Since most of you are in the USA, question for ya - how do you find people's attendance to live calls (an hour to 1 hour 15 mins long say) - is that usually only evenings for USA dads, or lunchtimes or early mornings get a decent buy in too? Thanks heaps guys!

The Real Reason Your Community Isn’t Making Money
📌FYI I ripped this from Evelyn's free community but she as this info in her paid community (which I joined about a week ago) This is the basis for many of the changes I've made in the last week. I decided to shit or get of the pot... I'll let ya'll know the results over next few weeks 😂 Evelyn writes: 👇 Most Skool community owners stay stuck in free forever because they're waiting for the wrong signals. Engagement, member count, a buzzing feed… None of those tell you you're ready to go paid. In this one I break down the traps that keep community owners waiting, and what replaces them. A bit of what's inside: 👉 Why engagement and marketability live in completely separate buckets 👉 What to actually sell on the front end to bring people into your community 👉The $10 to $15 ad test that tells you within 72 hours if your community is ready to go paid 👉 How to handle existing free members when you flip the switch You really are one good in-skool offer away from going paid. Watch here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oZ4Ik6iyaJw&views Here’s the video guide. Are you still free or freemium? What's holding you back from going paid? Let me know in the comments 🤗

I watched this video last night and definitely took a could of points away from it. I also didn't realise you could run ads for £15-£20 I assumed it would need a bigger investment. Thanks for sharing
