Welcome Everyone Introduce Yourself! 🥳
🚨 [Update: As you read some of these introductions, smash THEIR LIKE BUTTON 👍 Take it one step further by commenting on their introduction to earn bonus points and unlock more features in this group.]🚨 I am thankful to you all for joining this group. Could you please introduce yourself? Not only does this allow us to get to know everyone, but SKOOL is built on points. (Liking, Commenting, and Posting all give you points). Points will also unlock classroom courses for you! Check out the Getting Started Welcome Course: https://swiy.co/getting-started So let's get things started! When I was teaching in the classroom, we would go around the room and have you do the following. 1. State Your Name (Skool does this one for us - lol) 2. What had you been interested in learning to code? 3. What is your favorite potato? Me: What sparked my interest was my enjoyment of problem-solving and making life easier for myself. I wanted to learn how to create apps that could help my kids learn math and spelling, so I developed apps for that purpose. As far as a favorite potato. I would say Chick-fil-A fries. 🔥 As always, help this community grow. Skool gives you a special invite code. This also serves as your affiliate code, as being part of this group gives you the ability to earn a 40% commission. This applies to one-time purchases of courses or our premium membership.

I'm Josh. I have a background in Graphic Design, mostly commercial advertising and static websites for small businesses. While the art world seems to be raging against AI, I see the advantages of it. Vibe coding is really exciting to me and I'm excited to learn more

@Rob Vanarsdall Tracking is my first fully featured vibe coded app. My first was a web app that converted EWR 4.2 (an old pro wrestling sim game) wrestler .dat files to Excel. I took that further and made an app that can read and write/edit the files. I am currently building off that and making a desktop app that can write/edit all game files. I have named it EWR Editing Suite. I have about three more sections to build. This has taken me nearly a month.
Tracking: The Movie Collection Manager for your Physical & Digital Library
Hey everyone, I designed this application called Tracking. I built this specifically for physical media collectors and movie buffs who miss the grainy warmth of the VHS era and want a unique, stylized way to keep track of their stacks. My goal was to create something that feels like a piece of 80s/90s tech rather than just another database app.I used React Native (Expo), Supabase for the backend, TanStack Query for data management, and Reanimated for all the custom CRT and "scrambled signal" effects. Cost: Free Support me on Ko-fi: https://ko-fi.com/totalextremeapps Link: https://www.mediatracking.app Support: https://ko-fi.com/N4N31UKK6D Let me know your thoughts!

With a passion for 90s/00s nerd culture, a love of pro wrestling, and a background in design, I'm using AI to help build the tools I wish existed.
