We do business and real estate lending as well as invest in multifamily assets throughout the US. We currently lend in 45 states (real estate). I didn’t get here by being the smartest guy in the room. I got here by doing the boring work consistently, then delegating once I had capital. Early on, I: • Hit my daily KPIs • Did daily outreach • Followed up every day • Reinvested my first commissions Once I had capital, I delegated everything and scaled. Here’s exactly how I’d do it again 👇 Step 1️⃣ Pick ONE Outreach Method Don’t try everything at once. Choose 1–2 max:• Facebook DMs • Facebook groups • Cold email • Phone calls Facebook groups + DMs worked best for me. Step 2️⃣ Commit for 30 Days (Not 4 😭) This is where people fail. They go hard for 4 days, get no results, and quit. Let’s do the math. 30 DMs/day for 4 days • 120 people contacted • 30% reply = 40 • 10 interested • 2 book calls • 0 close = $0 Now do it the right way. 30 DMs/day for 30 days • 900 people contacted • 30% reply = 300 • 75 interested • 15 book calls • 20% close = 3 deals • $2K per deal = $6,000 commissions That’s 15 hours of total work. 👉 $6,000 ÷ 15 hours = $400/hour for sending DMs. Step 3️⃣ Reinvest & Buy Your Time Back Now take $400/month and hire a VA to do the outreach. You: • Save 15+ hours • Focus on content & brand • Post in groups • Scale faster Even if you close ONE deal and make $2K — put it back into the business. That’s how this compounds.
