Please Help Out This Beginner!
Hey everyone, I recently joined to Liam Ottley’s AI Automation Agency Hub and finished the AAA Model. It’s been incredibly valuable and eye-opening, though I noticed most of it is very agency-focused. I also went through the AI Foundations part in Liam’s classroom—it was really well-organized and gave me a solid understanding of the basics. Here’s my situation: I’m not fully committed to starting an agency right away. I do dream of building an agency eventually, but for now, my focus is to learn AI automation thoroughly, earn through automation, get clients, and build a strong foundation for the future. My main question: Which content should I focus on first as a beginner? I’ve seen creators like Nate Herk and Nick Saraev, who focus more on earning and freelancing with AI automation. Should I start with their approach, stick with the agency-focused content, or combine both? How can I structure my learning to start earning while building a strong foundation? I’d really appreciate advice from anyone who has walked this path. Liam’s guidance has been incredible so far, and I’m grateful for this community—I just want to make sure I start on the right track. Thanks a lot for any guidance you can share 🙏

I have gone through this same phase, My recommendation would be, Just take a while go through those content. But the problem with that is you would be stuck in the learning loop, Best way to avoid that is to "Learn in Public" In skool communities and Linkedin, just share what you learned today, let it be anything. I am sure it would help
My definition of success changed, once I stopped chasing and started building systems.
Success used to mean pushing harder and doing more. But over time, I realized something: What I needed wasn’t more effort, it was a system I could actually sustain. So I started building one. Slowly. Intentionally. A way of working and growing that didn’t rely on motivation or burnout cycles. 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐬: -How I make decisions -How I manage energy (not just time) -How I stay consistent without forcing it -How I grow while staying aligned And the biggest shift? Success now feels stable, not stressful. It compounds instead of draining me. I’m happy to break down exactly how this system works and what made it sustainable over time. If you’d like me to share it: 👉 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 “𝐒𝐘𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐌” 𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐰 or tell me what part of growth you want to make more sustainable. Let’s build growth that actually lasts.

How I Landed My Third Client (And What It Taught Me About Business)
I'll be honest – I was struggling. Lead generation felt impossible. Every strategy I tried seemed to lead nowhere. I was scrolling through lists, sending cold messages, and getting nothing but crickets in return. I felt hopeless. Then something shifted. I remembered a simple principle about how the universe works: everything is energy, and what you give out comes back to you. So I decided to stop chasing and start giving. I reached out to someone – not as a potential client, but as someone who might need help. I jumped on a call with them with zero expectations. No pitch deck. No sales agenda. Just a genuine desire to help. I spotted a simple fix in their system. It took me 15 minutes to solve. I walked them through it, we wrapped up the call, and I moved on with my day. 15 minutes later, they messaged me asking to become a client. This moment changed my entire perspective on business. Here's what I learned: Business isn't really about making money. It's about building things that matter and helping others solve real problems. The money? That's just a byproduct of the value you create. The universe has a funny way of rewarding those who take action – especially action rooted in service rather than desperation. Meanwhile, it ignores those who do nothing but wait for opportunities to fall into their laps. So if you're struggling with leads, clients, or growth right now, ask yourself: Who can I help today, with no strings attached? That shift in mindset might just change everything.

I think the best way to give is with content & Education. Sharing templates, tips, our opinions and processes and putting out how we can help our ICP with content will be a game changer. This brings in a lot of qualified inbound leads
Cold email isn’t magic. It’s math.
Here’s the simple version: Month 1: Send ~4k emails → book ~15–16 meetings → 1 deal closed. Client’s satisfied. Month 2: Tighten targeting → same volume → ~20 meetings → 2 deals. Client’s happy. Month 3: Scale to ~6k emails → 25+ meetings → 3 deals worth ~$30k.You charge $4k/month. They’re making ~$30k from the pipeline. That’s ~7–8x ROI. Nobody cancels. They ask you to scale it. The real takeaway: This isn’t about being a great copywriter. It’s about running a system. You’re managing lists, targeting, sequencing, replies, and bookings.AI does most of the grunt work. You handle the judgment calls. Once it’s dialed in, it runs in the background. That’s why it’s predictable. That’s why it compounds. 4 clients at $4k/month = $16k/month.Costs stay low. Margins stay high. Not saying don’t build SaaS. Just don’t stay broke while you do. If you understand compounding, outbound is the easiest cash-flow engine you can run right now.
