Energy Code was so enlightening! I learned so much about what might be zapping my energy. Mel explains everything clearly but with the added nuance this type of topic requires. The content was so easy to digest. Afterwards I felt confident knowing what steps to take to try and reclaim my energy. I think about this content every day and consider what small step I can take to improve how I feel. Thank you for creating this program!

I was doing really well with meeting my protein and fiber goals as well as daily exercise, then I got really tired and haven't been as diligent the past week. My Win is that I'm not beating myself up about and that I know I can do it because I've done it in the past! My Growth is that after watching this, I have a renewed motivation to get back on the routine that can help me feel better, one focus at a time, which will be walking every day to ease back in.

I've already requested the labs and have an appt in May to go over them so it will be a while before I get those answers. In the meantime, my best first move is Movement! I feel more regulated and sleep better and it makes me want to keep eating healthy.

I'm letting go of "shoulding" myself - "I should do this, I should do that..." Who says? It's a story I tell myself, its not a fact. I'm also really good at trying to do too many things at once when in reality, I function better when I focus on one, maybe two goals at a time. Holding ALL the things at once makes it all feel harder

I'm at a 5 😞 I'm getting 7 hours, usually waking before my alarm. Quit caffeine over a year ago, don't drink alcohol very often. I think I'm going to try no phone at night, as well as in the morning to make sure I get the early sunlight ☀️ I have a consult at the sleep clinic in a couple months so we'll see how that goes!
