Tea Ceremony: Transforming the Familiar Into Medicine
Let's be real, most of us have been drinking tea our entire lives. But what if I told you that tea ceremony is something completely different? Think about it: when you drink tea, you're just consuming a beverage. When you practice tea ceremony, you're entering into conscious relationship with plant wisdom, with yourself, and with the present moment. And here's the beautiful part; this transformation doesn't require elaborate equipment or years of formal training. All it asks is that you approach something familiar with fresh attention and genuine reverence for the intelligence present in every leaf, every flower, every root that becomes medicine in your cup. Here's what shifts: - Intentional preparation becomes conscious art - Present moment awareness replaces automatic consumption - Grateful receiving acknowledges the plant's gift - Mindful tasting awakens your body's wisdom - Integration happens before you move on This evening's Invitation: - Choose any tea you have available. - Before drinking it, pause. - Take three conscious breaths. Ask yourself: "What does this plant want to teach me today?" Then drink slowly, paying attention to taste, sensation, and any subtle shifts in your state. Notice how this simple question transforms the entire experience. 🤔What tea, or other beverage. did you choose? And what surprised you most when you asked the plant what it wanted to teach you?

During my stay in Tokyo, Japan, many years ago, I learned the art of tea making. It is such a big part of the Japanese culture; it is experienced as a sacred ceremony. Green tea. There are so many different kinds of green tea. My favorite one was GREEN TEA WITH ROASTED RICE. I discovered another amazing tea: BLUE LOTUS. The organic type of blue lotus tea has a very powerful effect on your ajna chakra or 3rd eye area. It enhances your dream state. I had several lucid dreams upon having the tea within an hour of sleeping. If I need black tea, my go-to classic is: EARLY GREY. Hot tea (once in a while hot coffee) accompany my meals; I do not drink cold water during my meals. Tea instead.

@Veronika Hübner came into this world to hone the qualities of deep understanding of phenomena-whatever that is and to offer it to the world. In other words and if I were to compare the Essence of a 7-life path, I say that it holds and flows similar energies to the Virgo in astrology. These energies have the capacity to think deeper thoughts than the norm., and if taken to the extreme it can lead to melancholy. The contrast between a busy, noisy fast world and the very ocean-deep inner world of "7" can create a sort of vacuum. This analogy reminds me of a movie: The Big Blue. The true story of a world champion diver: Jacques Mayol who could dive in very deep waters for a very long period of time without the oxygen bottle. Those who walk the "7" life path offer humanity the gift of reflection. In a way, they unconsciously invite us to slow-down so that we may find knowledge that does not float on the surface. And oh! don't we need it as a collective. Indeed, with the advent of technology, we seem to be running and speeding not even taking the time to ask ourselves: where are we heading? And does the road we are rushing on as a collective leading us to more light, more love, more peace? The energy of "7" helps the community created with those who vibrate on the "6" energy, to come together and reflect, ponder and maybe meditate together... to gain clarity and to move toward divine destiny for a society, a world in the image of "Heaven on Earth." We all need "7" energies in our lives. Because when "8" energies show up at our door-step, we face the reality of "cause and effect," or "As Above So Below." And in a year or season of "8" we may be spending a lot of time undoing things that did not get the chance to be examined in the season of "7". Bruce Lee was a "7" life path. I did not look into his soul essence energies but as a "7" Life Path he definitely exemplified "Calmness and Peace with Power," the perfect Yin-Yang union. One last point, I'd like to mention is that because "7" is naturally very deep and needs something, someone of very high and deep analysis and synthesis to help him or her move upward and feel a deeper experience of liberation, the "7" tends to have lots of time alone. This alone-time when utilized in a transcendental meditation (it does take persistence) can offer the depth of freedom the "7" seek - through uncommon ways. Mohamed Ali was also a "7" life path. He left his original religion which he inherited at birth to embraced one that resonates with his deeper core and it worked out great for him. Alone-ness physically but together spiritually (deeply through specific set of techniques) is healing unlike loneliness.

🎃 C-A-I-P-C: Rethinking Halloween – Let’s Co-Create Healthy & Happy Treats! 🌿
Halloween is coming, and the industry is tempting us with aisles full of sugary sweets. But it’s the perfect moment to pause and ask ourselves: Is this the healthiest gift we can give? Would you eat these same treats if you wished for a healthy future generation? This isn’t about judgment—it’s about imagination. What if we offered something different? A piece of fresh fruit, a homemade gluten-free and sugar-free cookie, or homemade chocolate that not only tastes good but truly nourishes? This is a classic C-A-I-P-C opportunity. Let’s break it down: * C-A (Crazy-Awesome): The bold vision of a Halloween where treats are both joyful *and* healthy—where we inspire our communities with better choices. * I (Imagine): The brainstorming hub. What could these treats be? What ingredients make them special? How do we make them irresistible? * P-C (Possible-Collaborations): The tangible result. Creating and sharing real recipes, maybe even a "Healthy Halloween Recipe Zine" for the community. Let’s build on our previous “Healing Cookie” mission! Remember our collaboration to create the ultimate People-Pleasing Healing Cookie? We wanted a nutrient-dense, raw, vegan, and delicious treat. Now, let’s apply that same collaborative genius to the Halloween season. We need your genius to make this real: - Creative Cooks & Foodies: Help us design simple, yummy, and healthy alternatives. - Parents & Community Builders: Share what would work for your families and neighborhoods. - Health Enthusiasts: Guide us on ingredients that boost wellness without compromising on taste. Comment below and let’s imagine together: 1. What’s one healthy treat you’d love to give or receive? 2. What’s your favorite wholesome ingredient that feels like a celebration? Let’s turn this idea into a beautiful, shared resource. Your insight is the first ingredient! @everyone #CAIPC #HealthyHalloween #ConsciousConsumption #Nutritarian #CommunityRecipes #NatureInspiredLiving

I truly lack imagination here... I am sorry for this. But how about if we launch a campaign to boycott Halloween as a holiday! It is becoming a giant commercial campaign and a gargantuan maneuver to make children and adults even more sick than they already are ☹️ It sounds like I am complaining, am I! 🤔 Or, just buy clementines or oranges, and give them these instead. they are orange in color...like the colors of Halloween 🍊and they are sweet 😉

Thank you @Emil Moldovan and all of @Nature Inspired Living for your warm welcome. Emojis and short videos... It feels like receiving flowers-if you know what I mean! In my culture, Asian and French, it is very customary to bring flowers as guests to the hosts. Is it in the culture you all live in? @Emil Moldovan suggested I share a little bit about my work aka my passion: to help heal the planet one person at-a-time. When we, the people, heal, inevitably nature blossoms even more. We shall treat her with more appreciation, reverence and respect. Numerology is one of the modalities I use because many of my clients feel a disconnect with what they do (for work) or in their relationships. Numerology is a great tool Pythagoras established in the West that helps us align our Authentic Self with our Personality (ego-self). As a community, some of us are here to contribute as gifted leaders. Others as healers. Others as teachers etc. When who we are aligns with what we do, the work we do becomes the canvas we use to paint our path of destiny. Our daily life becomes art; and it is with passion that the art takes on a unique, beautiful form to offer the world. NLP comes into play as a set of techniques to help us resolve negative emotions including trauma, anxiety etc. and to let go of limiting beliefs and decisions. In conclusion, let me ask you this question: what do Gandhi, Mother Teresa, Yogananda, Mary Kay Ash have in common? Their Life Path could be found in the energies of 9. The last digit of the primary numbers. The humanitarians. how about Steve Jobs? Life path of 1, the trail blazer. Many American presidents share the same number 11 as a path of destiny. The Prime Minister of England, Tony Blair also, and many more politicians and public figures. 11 is a Master Number of global leadership. Both B. Obama and M. Obama's path of destiny: 11. Of course, I am only scratching the surface of the very deep meaning of numbers.
