Today is the last day of our Agentic Masterclass! 🚀 OUR FINAL CHALLENGE: In today’s session at 9pm, we’ll all build a high-end real estate website (or, if you prefer, one for your favourite niche) — and then we’ll all try to sell it. We’ll be building it live together (expect around 2 to 2.5 hours for the workshop). I’ll walk you through all the skills you need for the project, and we’ll create the md file and everything else together, step by step. After building the website, I want you to go out and sell it using everything we covered in the masterclass. You’ll have from today until Sunday to come up with a business plan outlining how you plan to sell it. I also want you to have your first client conversation — and potentially your first client — before the end of the month! I’ll give you guidance on pricing, but it’s up to you how much you want (or are able) to sell it for. Finally, I need you to document everything — every effort, conversation, and method — and have it all ready in a file to present to the group at the end of the month.
