Tomorrow I'm challenging myself to not eat any processed sugar. I have some delicous fruit around that tastes better anyways!

@Vasi Smith Thanks for asking! My day was pretty good. I'm a little reluctant to share tgst I just haven't managed to stay away from sugar quite yet. I did my workouts though, so I am celebrating that win. I guess I need to change my goal! Tomorrow my one goal will be to try to just eat mindfully, no matter what it is. I will just take time, being my awareness and truly enjoy whatever I am eating.

I love to drink Chinese loose leaf teas in a gaiwan. My favorite varieties are keemun, pu'erh, and jin jun mei. I also love knitting with fairisle designs, sewing, and crocheting doilies. I love walks with my husband and we are now doing calesthetics together.

Way to go! I had some sugar today as well, but that's okay! I managed to stay away from my other trigger food ☺️
