@Sage Grayson thank you! ☺️
I need your brain for a sec
Hey friends 👋🏽 I'm strongly considering a biz pivot and I'd love your input before I make any moves. If you've ever participated in a bundle (as a buyer or contributor), what's holding you back from hosting your own?

I've done both, hosted and contributed and have thoughts... As a contributor: ROI varies wildly. I've had bundles bring 50+ new subscribers and ones that brought 3. It depends on the contributors and how much everyone promotes. As a host: It's a project management exercise as much as a marketing one. It can bring it great growth and sales if you are set up with affiliate links and tripwires but requires a lot of coordination behind the scenes and having just come off the back of hosting one, I recommend very strongly proof of promo from contributors.. its disappointing but not everyone will do what they say... If you are considering hosting, I would recommend ensuring you have relationships with quality contributors whose audiences overlap yours first. If you're starting cold, contribute to a few first and you'll build the relationships AND learn what makes a good bundle before you run one (which you have probably already done!). Just my 2 cents!

@Robyn Weekes 💯 re the non-promoters, so tricky, I didn't remove them but definitely noted them for future... I could see from the affiliate links but proof of promo will have to be the future!

📊 YouTube experiment - a video a week for 30 days I've been documenting what actually happens when you treat YouTube like a 30-day business experiment rather than a content strategy. My latest video just went live: The Number You Need Before You Quit Your Job If you're building a business while still employed, this one's specifically for you, it's about calculating the real target figure (not just salary replacement, but the number that accounts for tax, inconsistency, and business costs). ▶️ Watch here I'm tracking views, VPH, likes and comments across all four videos and sharing the data publicly in my free community From Job to CEO The Experiment. If you're curious what "treating your channel like an experiment" actually looks like in practice, come check it out.

My new YouTube video just went live: Why I Stopped 'Trying Things' in My Business and Started Running Experiments Instead. The short version: I used to treat every new strategy like a hope and a prayer. Now I treat each one like a test - with a hypothesis, a timeframe, and actual data. It's changed how I make decisions completely. If you're building your business and feel like you're doing the right things but can't tell what's actually working, this one's for you and if you like it, can you 'like it' 😂

The From Job to CEO Framework is a free workbook + video that helps you extract the skills hiding in your 9-to-5 and map them to real business ideas including GPT prompts to get unstuck fast. Most people already have something sellable in their experience, they just can't see it clearly yet. Grab it free here: https://leadershipwithniky.com/from-job-to-ceo
