All black Saturday
Gentlemen, Hope you’re having a great weekend! Brining you a monochromatic look! I’m wearing all black from my turtle neck and scarf that are covered by my Schott NYC peacoat to my Levi’s 510s and Cuban heels from Club Cubano! What are you wearing today? Have a nice weekend!

Sadly something lost on a lot of society today.

@Al Voss how many people now are motivated by how many likes they receive or how many “friends” or “followers” along the various social media platforms. That need for validation.
The Part Time Gentleman
Good morning, ladies and gentlemen, When I was in the military, I was active duty and in being active duty meant we trained all the time, and we trained to be ready to act at a moment notice. Then the military have what they call reserves who trained only once a month and are only called on active duty if an emergency. Now, to the active-duty soldiers we would refer to these reservists as weekend warriors. Don't get me wrong they were real soldiers, but the difference is they were only active when needed., and they only trained one weekend a month and maybe two full weeks a year. Now these reservists, they held same jobs as active-duty soldiers but only when necessary, and their skill levels were not a fluent or perfect as the active-duty soldier. Why? Because they did not train on a regular basis therefor when they were tasked to do something they are not at efficient at times as the active-duty soldier. Don't get me wrong we had some active-duty soldier that were only playing soldier but not really one (that is a different topic, we'll get into another time). Here's the point, being a gentleman is not a part time service, you cannot be effective and recognized if you only act like one on the weekend on a date, or when you are taking your significant other out to dinner or going on a job interview. Why because it will show because your skills as a gentleman will not be as keen, natural, and fluent moving as a gentleman who is active as one 24/7. We are created and designed to respond to muscle memory, meaning the more we do something the more we remember. So, the more we do things the more natural it becomes and the more people see you as a gentleman rather than a person who is putting up a front to get what they want, (which hint: that discourages people more than you not being one, when you fake something). If we are going to make the declaration of calling ourselves ladies and gentlemen, this has to be a 24/7 365-day lifetime commitment. You are not going to be consider a true gentleman if you are not one all the time, the only thing you will be considered is nice. You want the respect and recognition of being referred as a lady or gentleman then you have to willing to make the commitment to being one all the time not just when needed.
