Join Us for Our April Connection Call: “Abundance Inside and Out – Cultivating a Mindset of More”
🌱 When we connect, we grow. And when we grow, we make space for more abundance — inside and out. 🌱 In this reflective session, we will explore 𝐀𝐛𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 — not as something external to chase, but as a quality already present within us, ready to be recognized and embraced. Together, we will delve into the Inner Development Goals (IDGs) framework, cultivating a mindset that invites more abundance into both our inner worlds and the connections we make. 💬 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭: - P̲e̲r̲s̲o̲n̲a̲l̲ ̲R̲e̲f̲l̲e̲c̲t̲i̲o̲n̲:̲ Where do you already experience abundance? - S̲h̲a̲r̲e̲d̲ ̲S̲t̲o̲r̲i̲e̲s̲:̲ Hear and share powerful stories that highlight the often-unseen abundance in our lives. - I̲D̲G̲ ̲L̲e̲n̲s̲:̲We’ll explore how the IDG categories — Being, Relating, Thinking, Collaborating, and Acting — can help us perceive and invite more abundance in every area of our lives. 🔑 𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐉𝐨𝐢𝐧: This session is designed to nurture meaningful connections and create a safe space for members to share openly, reflect deeply, and discover new perspectives on what it truly means to live abundantly. 💫 It’s all about growth, connection, and cultivating the potential for more. Whether you’re seeking deeper insight into your own life or looking to share in the wisdom of others, this is an opportunity to connect, learn, and flourish together. 🗓️ 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐞 & 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞: Thursday, April 10th, 7 - 8 pm CEST plus 15 minutes afterglow Find the Zoom-link here in the calendar. 🌱 This is a unique opportunity to meet and connect with other members of our community, and explore the abundant possibilities that await us when we share and reflect together. 🌱 I personally look forward to meeting you in this session and diving into the power of abundance together! Are you planning to attend? I would love to hear your response in the comments. Have a wonderful weekend. With gratitude Sibylle PS: I share a picture I took last year, standing in the middle of my meadow - an abundance of white.

Personal Agency and Inner Development
In the Global Practitioner Network we kicked off 2025 with a series of 3 discussions on personal agency. This illustration was put together from the collective intelligence that came out of our first session, thanks to @Joe McMartin @Daria Larsson Vella and @Manuela Pagani Larghi If you missed the session we invite you to reflect on these questions in this community, together: Think about one or 2 recent events and notice when your personal agency went up. Which IDGs skills we need to develop/activate in order to move up from not being acting with agency? and What are the conditions that facilitate this or not?

Many thanks for posting this Nadine. This is a useful reflection question. I had planned to join the session this afternoon but other commitments overran.

One of the most frequently debated topics in the community of Inner Development Goals (IDGs) is the question: Can we measure IDGs? If so, how? @Mark Vandeneijdne , leveraging years of experience, has developed an assessment and measurement tool that provides a fresh perspective on this challenge. The IDG Measurement Tool is rooted in a unique philosophy, focusing on how skills and qualities manifest in real-life situations. Rather than serving as a rigid benchmark, this tool is 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐬 𝐚 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐫, helping individuals engage deeply with their inner development journey through the lens of the IDGs. 𝙆𝙚𝙮 𝙀𝙡𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩: 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝘿𝙚𝙗𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙛𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙄𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙚𝙬 A central feature of this process is the debriefing interview, conducted by trained practitioners. These interviews create a reflective space where participants can: - Explore their individual results in greater depth. - Gain insights into how their skills and qualities express themselves. - Discover actionable steps for growth aligned with the IDGs. We’re thrilled to announce that the first cohort of IDG Measurement Tool Practitioners has completed their training and is ready to collaborate with members of our community. 𝘼𝙣 𝙀𝙭𝙘𝙡𝙪𝙨𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙊𝙥𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙊𝙪𝙧 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙮 We are now offering community members the chance to: 1. Take an individual assessment using the IDG Measurement Tool. 2. Participate in a one-on-one debriefing interview with a trained practitioner, conducted in 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐞. As this is a pioneering effort, we aim to learn together. After the interviews, we’ll host a joint call for participants and practitioners to share insights and reflections on the process. This shared learning experience will help us refine the tool and deepen our understanding of how it supports inner development. 𝘾𝘼𝙇𝙇 𝙩𝙤 𝘼𝘾𝙏𝙄𝙊𝙉 Are you curious to explore your inner development in a new and meaningful way? If you’re interested in participating in a debriefing interview after completing the assessment, we invite you to:

PLEASE REPLY: Forming workgroups for our challenges
Hello ID@work Community, Thank you to everyone who joined yesterday’s connection call! It was truly inspiring to hear from each of you and to feel the collective energy towards creating impactful change together. Your active participation is exactly what makes this community so unique and powerful. One key outcome from our call was a strong interest in 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩𝐬. These groups will each focus on a 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜 𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐬 that were identified in your onboarding responses – the very challenges that many of us are working to address in our own organizations and with clients. 𝐄𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐟𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐢𝐧 𝐚 𝐬𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭. If you feel drawn to a particular category, 🅿🅻🅴🅰🆂🅴 "🆁🅴🅿🅻🆈 🆃🅾 🆃🅷🅴 🅲🅾🅼🅼🅴🅽🆃" 🅾🅵 🆃🅷🅰🆃 🅲🅰🆃🅴🅶🅾🆁🆈 to indicate your interest in becoming an 𝐀𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐕𝐄 member of that group. 𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬: Our community thrives on reciprocity – it’s about both taking and giving. By actively contributing, you not only benefit from the support and insights of others but also enrich our shared knowledge base, helping us all advance the ID@work mission. 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩 𝐠𝐨𝐚𝐥: Each working group will collaborate to create a pitch or presentation that helps all of us address these challenges with our clients. The outcomes will be shared with all active members to amplify the impact of our work. You are also welcome to join more than one working group if you feel inspired to contribute in multiple areas! Looking forward to seeing where we’ll take this journey together! 🌍
