Today I passed my Microsoft exam SC-900 😁

I’m excited to share a personal win — I’ve officially accepted a position at DFW Airport as an Operation Center Specialist. I’ve earned my CompTIA Security+ certification and am currently working toward Network+, continuing to build a strong foundation in IT. This opportunity is a big step forward for me, and I’m grateful to gain experience in a fast-paced, operations-focused environment. My plan is to use this role as a foundation while I continue developing my technical skill set through additional certifications and hands-on lab work. Long term, I’m focused on pivoting deeper into the IT and cybersecurity space, and I’m committed to putting in the work to get there. Appreciate everyone who’s supported me along the way. This is just the beginning.

Hi All Have not posted before and a little off topic. I landed a Director role at KPMG, leading a team of 10 for our Microsoft Cloud and Infrastructure team. I completed my AZ900 off the back of this community and was moving though the networking+ and security+ certifications when an old connection came calling about a great role. The content that I learnt and change in mindset that I had built from this community that greatly assisted in me being able to position myself as an 'expert' in what I do. Sure there is a how background on my business side of things that is attractive, but the inspiration from this group was instrumental. Thank you for support, this community and what it is about. While you may not have engagement and someone posting all the time, please know that a community that is geared towards helping and building people up, is what made all the difference for me! In under a year, I was able to jump from a IT Support to a NOC Tech 2 position at an one of the most renown tech company in my region through the advice Evan provides on his platform. I passed my Net+ late last week. 😊 I already passed my Sec+ and AZ900 so now I'm in the boat of figuring out next steps. The AI practice questions here in this community helped a lot with understanding and applying concepts!
