What You Get vs. What You Get Rid of...
Is the problem that you don't have enough? Or that you have too much? And too much of the wrong stuff? Let it go.🙏

@Tiffany Joyner We all feel like that sometimes, lol. But usually the right things are right in front of us the whole time. What right things are you missing?
It's the weekend!!! 🥳
How are you spending it? Working hard? Or hardly working?

@Tony Sibbald That's cool. Acupuncture was an obvious guess, but I've learned not to assume, lol. That's something I'd like to learn more about or at least try one day.

@Molina Francis Those are some great choices. I have Man's Search For Meaning sitting right on my desk, lol. I've never actually read it but it's been talked about a lot in different classes I've taken. I've never read The Alchemist either but it's another that always gets recommended and it's been on my list for years. I'll have to get to it this year, lol.
Let Go, OR Be Dragged... 🫠
Buddhists refer to letting go of "attachment". Christians may say it as, "Let go, let God." Surrender. Release. "Go with the flow." No matter what words you use or which religious/cultural context... It seems that most people agree. Yet, it seems to be the hardest thing a person can do. Or not do. What are your thoughts? 🤔

@Lisa Black That's a great strategy and you can go far with that! You only have so much energy and so many decisions in a day and if you use it all up on the easy things you'll never do the hard things. But if you do the hard things, you usually still have enough left to do the easy things. Doing hard things is not to be confused with doing things "the hard way" tho, lol. Sometimes that can pay off too, but sometimes you're just fighting yourself the whole time when there's no reason to fight. That's where "go with the flow" comes into play. Hard is more a difficulty level whereas struggle is more a mentality. Hard things can still be done with the flow and easy things can be struggled with.

@Alvaro Perez The tree analogy is great. Whether you believe in some kind of God, or just that the Earth is orbiting the Sun, one way or the other, we don't seem to be in control. We are connected and likely have a larger role than we give ourselves credit for, there is no observer and observed separately, just two angles/sides/perspectives of one whole thing, but we may just be along for the ride. Letting go is especially hard when we're so used to "trying" to "do" everything. You can't try to let go or make it happen. If you're holding a suitcase or onto a ledge, you simply just open your hand and let go.
Pyramids of Peru 🤔
For everything we think we know... It seems that we have no idea. How far back does human history go? What things have we accomplished? What things can we? If we keep an open mind... We never know what we'll find. This may seem like an unrelated topic... But it speaks to ancient wisdom. It gives perspective.🙏

@Alvaro Perez "All of the above" is the answer more often than not. We don't live in a world of isolated variables, everything is connected. A little bit of this, a little bit of that.☯️

@Tony Sibbald This guy? Graham Hancock... probably his Netflix show, it was super interesting. They've made 2 seasons (so far?🙏) and the 2nd season was specifically on the Ancient Americas. Traditionally we've been taught to look at America as the "new world" and overseas as the "old world" but he shed light on some much more ancient places on this continent.
The Water Element 🌊
Water is a major part of life. It is part of me and you. How much? There are different estimates/measurements. But one thing we're pretty sure about... We need it. It can teach us a few things too. Be like water my friend.🙏
