If you’re operating from one screen, may the force be with you. At least for researching efficiently, an additional screen is recommended. I don’t mess around, I got a big boy so I can have multiple windows open. I’ve got my CRM on the left side, then land records and docket in the middle, and lastly my skip tracing window with Google, findagrave, and ancestry on my far right. It’s my Research Assembly line. Commercial Properties and Pre Foreclosures
hey guys is there a way I can find commercial properties that are behind on taxes, I'm assuming they will show up on that same county tax delinquent list ? Also are we going after pre foreclosure properties as well ?

Hey Nahome! Welcome to the community :). Yes, on the DTR those properties will populate. Also, if you're in TX - any upcoming tax foreclosures, will show up on the Linebarger site. As far as pre-foreclosure, that category usually will fall into our DPA (distressed property acquisition) parameters. It's definitely a sign and symptom for distress.

@Joann Caudle You've got a good eye mademoiselle. The property definitely has 'distress' however, the equity is not there for me to take it down. It's a good practice to train your eyes on what is and what isn't a deal.
