This post will be always pinned and a way for me to keep all announcements of new members in one place!

My thoughts on what builds a strong community is for everyone involved to feel heard, welcome, wanted, and appreciated. I am actively working on finishing the courses. I have just decided to make the group public. I am working on getting this community on other platforms, but Skool will be where I hope to do the most work. Videos are on the way where I will be walking through each course. I thought this would be a good post to pin/edit as time goes on. I want everyone to comment something they would like to see from this community. How can I best assist you? What questions do you have? What do you love? What do you want changed? Lets make this a safe place for all! I want to make a community on Skool that everyone feels support from. I am ready to sincerely connect with each person here and watch you each succeed! Let me help you reach your goals.

1. GOAL (Pathway Focus) I still need to finish my goal to upload my about page video. I have worked on Substack today more and responded to everyone. I was able to upload my first video on YouTube for lesson 1! I should have time tomorrow to do the about video. 2. WHY IT MATTERS (Agency Focus) These goals are important to me as they are the next steps to start making this community great! I am pleased with the progress so far and ready to keep growing. 3. CURRENT STATUS (Reality Check) I am happy with my progress but will need to be more intentional with setting time aside. I had a full day today again, but I was able to still respond to all notifications. I always like to do my best to get back to any notification within 24 hours. I will be able to set aside more time tomorrow and will have even more Monday. 4. ACTION PLAN (Steps / Pathways) 1) focus on the about page intro video, 2) Start Lesson 2's course and eventually video! 3) I will be providing feedback to a couple people whom asked for it as well! 5. ACCOUNTABILITY ASK (Community Engagement) I feel I am making progress, but please keep checking in if you ever see a slack in momentum! Lets hold each other to our own success! 6. REFLECTION (End of Week) As I reflect on the week I feel I have had some good wins! I look forward to keeping this momentum and going into next week full force! This will be my next short term goal for Hope to Action! today has been a full day, but a great one! I may have an opportunity to assist my friends company reach more people. I am thankful to be able to be on the board for it and ready to see what comes of it. 2. REFLECTION (End of Week) As I reflect on the week so far, I will say that I am overall proud of what I have done to this point, but at the same time I wish I had put more time aside to focus on this community. At this time I feel I have a great plan in place and have been networking and reconnecting with friends. This will likely be a similar reflection most weeks, as I am just a bit busy. I am excited to be able to pour more into this community and make it a special place! As always, here is a fun motivational quote. “Hope isn’t a wish.
