Clients Before Christmas Challenge 🎅
Hey everyone! Next week, we're kicking off the final challenge for 2025: Clients before Christmas. It's been a big year and this is my favourite way to round it off (helping you win one last time before we break for the holidays) If you're an active member of MM, or you joined the Anti-MasterMind last month, this is free for you to join. I'll be posting all the setup details on Monday and we kick off Tuesday. If you're joining over the weekend and here for the CBC challenge, a big welcome to you 👋 Feel free to introduce yourself to the community, let us know who you help, and what you'd love to achieve in the challenge. By doing this, you'll move to Level 2 and unlock more resources in the Classroom. And I'll also get a better sense of how best to support you through the challenge. Office Hours Q & A (then last sprint)
Hey all, IF you're joining the Office Hours call today, it's at 1:30pm CET. Come along if you have questions on anything from this week, or if you just want to chat about progress/challenges this month. But will learn from it. Too many last minute cancellations or just not turning up. As if my time is not valuable. Solution: 1) In future I will be more selective about who I say yes to having a call with. 2) All will be done through email and I will ask for confirmation the day before. No confirmation. No meeting. Is there a number 3?

@Christian Pereira Piechoczek yeah, plain disrespectful. But it's part of this game unfortunately, and it happens sometimes. I'm very selective about second chances when it does happen.

Read Me: Today's Workshop
Hey all, I planned to finish this month's Greatest Hits theme with a 'Best Of The Rest' since we've covered Offers, DMs and Sales Call already. To talk about some things that have worked well this year for me/clients, as well as showing you my framework that ties it all together. But after creating it, I feel it makes a lot more sense to start December with it instead. It's very reflective, and a useful diagnostic, but I'd rather get a better sense of where you are now and what you need help with going into the new month, which will help me tailor some of the content in it to be more actionable and practical. So today, we have 2 options instead: 1. Ask-me-anything session (to make up for missed Office Hours) 2. MasterMind session (how we usually round off the month) If you can make today, vote below, or we'll decide based on who joins! See you soon, ~Kev
