Yes, usually the first month. But it is not necessary to mention this to the new hire. Also we don’t have many new hires, we keep our team small and lean. We have had very stable team for the past few years. But things might change once our modular home business line is up and running.

I don't set revenue goals, but rather, Operating Profit (potential profit for each deal before bank interest/tax), and Opearting Profit Margin % (safety of each deal).
