🌿 Sacred Pause | Day 17 / 31 – January Challenge ⭐
Welcome to Day 17. Today, we move from flow into rest — a conscious transition from gentle motion back into deep stillness. It’s the practice of completing movement with presence, and letting stillness settle like a soft exhale. 🌱 Practice: Check-in: After yesterday’s gentle movement, where does your body now feel ready to soften and rest? Notice without pushing — welcome the natural call toward quiet. Pause (1 minute): Bring your movement to a gentle close — slow your breath, soften your gaze, feel your body settle. Allow the energy stirred by motion to land, like leaves coming to rest. Check-out: How does it feel to return to stillness after mindful movement? Integrated, calm, replenished, or simply at ease? Share a word, a sensation, or leave a 🍂 below. “In the pause after movement, the body remembers its own peace.” Landing gently. Resting deeply. Being here, complete. Let’s settle, together. @Roberto Sunlight @Veronika Hübner

🌿 Sacred Pause | Day 11 / 31 – January Challenge ⭐
Welcome to Day 11. After yesterday’s rest, today we welcome movement — not as effort, but as expression. Let your body find its own gentle rhythm, guided by presence, not purpose. 🌱 Practice: Check-in: Where in your body does ease want to flow today? A stretch, a sway, a slow walk, a simple breath in motion? Listen without forcing. Pause (1 minute): Close your eyes. Feel the life within — breath, pulse, soft energy. Then, let your body move naturally. A shoulder roll, a gentle stretch, a slow step. Let motion arise from stillness. Check-out: How did moving *from* presence feel? Light? Fluid? Grounded? Share a word, a sensation, or leave a 🌊 below. “Movement is the song the body sings when the mind is quiet.” — Inspired by Thich Nhat Hanh Moving from stillness. Flowing with ease. Let’s breathe and move, together.

Have you ever visited—or dreamed of visiting—an intentional community?
Not as tourists, but as curious souls wanting to witness another way of living: deeper connection, shared purpose, and regenerative rhythms. Whether it’s ecovillages, co-living projects, or permaculture farms, these spaces often reflect what’s possible when people choose to live in closer alignment with each other and the land. I recently came across this resource featuring upcoming tours and gatherings across Europe: 👉 Ecovillage Tours & Gatherings https://www.ecovillagetours.com/upcoming-tours No agenda — just wondering: - Have you ever stayed in or visited an intentional community? - What moved you or surprised you? - Is it something you’ve imagined doing, even just for a short experience? Let’s share stories or curiosities. Sometimes the seeds of change are planted simply by seeing how others live. 🌿✨ #IntentionalCommunity #Ecovillage #RegenerativeLiving #AlternativeLiving #CommunityBuilding #TravelWithPurpose

Ja.

### Let's Talk About How Food Makes Us *Feel* 🍽️✨
@Marama Elizabeth is sparking a truly essential conversation today. She's asking us to pause and check in with our bodies. This isn't about guilt or rules—it's about connecting the dots between what we eat and how we feel, our energy, and our mood. It’s one of the most powerful forms of self-knowledge we can develop. 👉 Join Marama's insightful conversation and share your experience here: https://www.skool.com/nature-inspired-living-2560/food-feelings-check-in Let's support each other in building a kind, curious, and conscious relationship with food.
Got a healthy sweet tooth? 🍫 Let's get inspired!
A huge thank you to @Vasi Smith for sharing this wonderful Tart recipe. It’s a perfect example of how a delicious dessert can be made with simple, real ingredients. She shared a great tip from her own experience for the perfect balance. And her point about it being a "win/win" if your family is hesitant is so true! 🔗 See her full post and the recipe here: https://www.skool.com/nature-inspired-living-2560/healthy-dessert-recipe @everyone Let's share the inspiration! What's a simple, healthy dessert that you love making?
