Feb 15 #BelieveWalk
On today’s #BelieveWalk, I was reminded about the importance of applying the knowledge that I have. Knowing isn’t enough. You have to do.

@Charlet Loveth or rather a little experience
Adaptive Mindset
Change is the only constant in leadership. What matters most is how we respond when things shift. That response can either keep us stuck or help us grow. So I am curious. When things change, do you usually lean on what has always worked for you, or do you like to try new approaches? What has helped you navigate change better lately?

@Kim Ivy Busa First, you need to research why it worked well and use that as a basis. But as a rule, any business is built only on 50% business rules; the rest is all sorts of situations. Therefore, you always need to explore and develop new paths.

Here’s what I learned today: Don’t settle for small goals. You need a mission that excites you. If you do a #BelieveWalk tomorrow, take a picture and share what you learned!

Evan, I was thinking about how I'd set the bar too high and how to start small to eventually reach my dream! I was frustrated that nothing was working out! Then I received a notification about this post))

Today I learned that storytelling is one of the most powerful skills in the world. If you just give people facts, they might listen, but they will not change… If you tell a story from your heart, you can create an experience that changes their lives.

Did you know Pepsi’s name comes from the word “dyspepsia,” which means indigestion?
In the late 1800s, many people had indigestion and stomach problems, but there weren’t many good treatments. Caleb Bradham, a pharmacist, wanted to help. In 1893, he created a drink to aid digestion and give people energy. He first called it "Brad’s Drink," but in 1898, he changed the name to Pepsi-Cola. The name "Pepsi" comes from "dyspepsia," meaning indigestion, and "pepsin," an enzyme thought to help with digestion. The "Cola" part came from using kola nuts, like Coca-Cola. What started as a simple idea to help people feel better is now a $226 billion global brand. But it all began with solving a problem. The best ideas come from finding ways to help others. Start with a problem. #Believe
