A turn for the better.
Hi y'all it's been a minute since I've had a chance to really just have a general comment. So thanks to a lot of homeo pathic treatment and time. I am feeling so much better. Although while I was sick, I did have the opportunity to really nestled down and look at some of my writing and complete some things. The other factor was learning to review some of the other talent here and the one thing I like about SKOOL is the amazing volume of contribution from so many. The quality of the work, and what I learned from it. As well as the growing connection I feel when I'm engaged here in the community. Thank you all for your well wishes. I hope anyone else out there that is going through some physical or medical situation know that you don't have to suffer alone, and hopefully can navigate as I did as I battled the flu and bronchitis for the past month. If it wasn't for my writing, and these communities that I've connected to it would've been a very disabling period of time like it was when I first got Covid. So for me, it is helped me embrace more focus towards my writing, and reading the reviews and post from some of the community members. Was additional fuel and energy to help me navigate my sickness to where I am today feeling so much better. I can never think the community enough for all the well wishes an encouragement to take care of myself. Thank you all again. Happy writing.😊

@Dani Rosenblad James thank you sweet Dani. Yes we have all have struggles and it's all about how we react to it. Recently I met someone who's tremendously is supporting how to ferment yogurt as it's drastically improve my gut microbes. He's a super nice guy. I've noticed over these 3 months, he complains often and it drains my energy. Do I tell him or start distancing myself ....lol 😂 .....good night, sleep well 😊

@Dani Rosenblad James in the 60s arranged marriage was common and it was easier to stay in the famiy based on trust. Crazy how opportunities my mom had and I have are vastly different, she's only 2 generations ahead.

@Shiva Ranjani altering and improving my habits across sleep, hydration, breath, movement, food are the basics. The basics have helped me change my identity. When you work on your inner self, your outer self will glow. Some great habits I've acquired are laughing and having meaningful conversations. The new relationships bring me energy vs some old relationships that took my energy. When people are upset, disappointed, sad, depressed, jealous, ect . I try not to put too much thoughts / effort on them. It's important to learn how to regulate your emotions. And when you don't have quality sleep and nurture your cells with nutrient-dense food and move, move, move, it becomes difficult to regulate emotions.

I'm done with challenges. I'm building sustainable habits. I'm constantly flowing and making new financial decisions to grow myself and new team. I will keep posting my writing on LinkedIn. I will commit 3-4x a week as it's a habit I'm building. Participating in a challenge is willpower, correct? I'm ok with willpower, the habit of storytelling is what brings me alive and I will eventually turn it into an e-book then later a book. When I don't know yet ...slow and steady 🌱🐢💚😊

Replay about Healing Through Writing is UP! ❤️🎉
I enjoyed this meetup so much! It was great hearing about Jessica Summers journey as she healed from reconnecting with herself through writing her book. 📕 This is something that I truly believe many would benefit from! It's nice hearing from someone about their personal journey as they created a book and how they learned the healing that can come with it! You get to learn how to listen to yourself and understand why you have blocks and why you have some of those struggles when it comes to writing your book! 📖 So, check this out and learn from our conversation! Thank you @Hengameh Bolouri and @Iam Christian for being there and sharing your own personal stories!
